Completely disappointing, went with four children and four adults. No chicken wings? Seriously what’s Nandos without wings. Restaurant dead, staff rushed off their eat with Uber eat ordered, but forgetting about customer service.
Chicken burgers taking over 55 minutes to prepare, then arriving in fridge cook buns.
No one said sorry, or apologies.
They need real managers with a friendly vibe that can think about the repeat customer.

I have eaten in many Nandos but this was different. The staff, very courteous, Angelica made sure every customer is well taken care off and the food too was better than what I have had before. Hot juicy chicken falling off the bone, the creamy mash was top notch, everything was fantastic. Was quite impressed. Will be visiting more. Well done Lewisham.

I have visited and have eaten in many Nando restaurants around the UK for many years and i have never had any problems with the service, and the food has always been delicious, apart from my visit on Sunday 11th Dec.

Supposed to open at 11:30. I called whilst waiting outside as the doors were still locked and staff were stood talking and laughing behind the counters. I was told they need 15 minutes as they were running behind with cooking. I waiting outside in a red storm warning with other customers also waiting. At 12 they came to the door and said they won't be opening for a while. I said they should let us waiting inside to be safe and she said it wasn't her problem!

I had a 1/2 chicken with peri chips, side of hallumi and olives, my mother had a 1/4 with chips and coleslaw. Food was amazing, cooked perfectly! I have to mention the amazing service from Sabina, Georgina and Kinnyada, they really accommodated myself and my mother! Their service is to be highly praised, really made us feel welcome and very quick and attentive to our needs! I’ll definitely visit again soon - God bless you all ❤️

Very good personal service. We were a large party. when one item took a while to appear the manager (Olu or Ola i think? )personally dealt with it and came around a number of times to ensure we had all we needed. Our waiter David was also very friendly and responsive

It was a major trek by bus and 3 trains to this branch of Nandos in Lewisham. We arrived just before 5 on a Saturday afternoon and the branch was very busy. We had to wait a while before a member of staff showed us to our table. This was one of just a few free tables, and it soon became obvious why it was free. It was so drafty, from the water/ice machine behind Gerry and the window directly behind me.

As soon as we walk in, we were invited by a pleasant host and was taken to our seats. We had a group of 26 and we were given the whole of the top floor. We all enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. The food was tasty and we didn't wait long for our food. Special thanks to Carlos who served us.

Nando's 86 in Lewisham was a lot more local to me than most. Eight of us arrived by a mixture of transport including bikes, busses, the DLR and car (parking in the nearby shopping centre multi-storey). Sitting just off the high street in Lewisham town centre, the two level corner restaurant has a more appealing interior than most of the scenery surrounding it. Downstairs are the counters and quite airy, modern-looking seating areas, including an outdoor patio at the back.

This Nando's is just off from the main pedestrian street of Lewisham and is close to the Lewisham shopping centre and to the Bus station. Situated on a corner it benefits from windows on both streets making this a light and airy store. A large metal chicken artwork is poised above the front door. The store interior whilst quite magnolia and in need of a bit of a facelift was neat and clean and had some impressive art on the walls and interesting carvings.
