Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
I have visited and have eaten in many Nando restaurants around the UK for many years and i have never had any problems with the service, and the food has always been delicious, apart from my visit on Sunday 11th Dec.
The food took a long time to arrive, which was ok, however we had ordered 3 portions of Chicken Livers, 2 of them were fine, one was not, it was really burnt and was very chewy. There were supposed to be bread roles and butter with these dishes, the bread roles were rock hard and there was no butter, we had to ask for this. I had ordered a side order of Sweet potato fries, these came with a dip, when i asked for more of the same dip as the portion was so small, I was told that i needed to pay extra ( this should be provided with the fries so why should i pay extra?) This was served in a dish and was not even the take away dips.
The garlic bread which some of our party had ordered was rock hard and didn't even taste of garlic. Not impressed at all.
When the above was mentioned to the staff, the didn't apologise or seem to care. Very very disappointed, and would appreciate someone contacting me to discuss this.
