The team here are exceptional, so friendly and kind. I visit as a female on my own and feel totally comfortable and relaxed. Today I saw a staff member who I think was on his break spend 15 mins helping an elderly lady get seated order, get her sauces with such kindness, and not a one off. They deserve a team of the year award!
