Supposed to open at 11:30. I called whilst waiting outside as the doors were still locked and staff were stood talking and laughing behind the counters. I was told they need 15 minutes as they were running behind with cooking. I waiting outside in a red storm warning with other customers also waiting. At 12 they came to the door and said they won't be opening for a while. I said they should let us waiting inside to be safe and she said it wasn't her problem! I've attended this nandos multiple times and always had a pleasant experience but was gobsmacked by the lack of professionalism and human compassion and concern for customers whilst they wer running behind schedule!!
