Covent Garden

I visited the restaurant on my own and was made to feel very welcome. Grace was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit, making the experience enjoyable and comfortable. Her warm personality and excellent customer service really stood out, and she made dining alone feel easy and relaxed.

Manager Alex extremely rude when asked about the waiting time for our food, simply walked away and not wanting to understand or sympathise , unprofessional and immature behaviour, simply put off from Nando’s and won’t be bringing my family again either 2 children who were upset with waiting for our food, when arrived they were upset and as it was so late arriving they were not that interested and more frustrated, as children can be, again the manager did no way try and understand, simply inco

Extremely disappointing service. Was told 30 min wait to then be told the woman who took the names didn’t enter them on the sheet so all the people coming in got served first as the staff at the door was replaced after 30mins be was told another 45mins wait so walked out. The was tables downstairs empty. The staff either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care

I went to lunch on a Tuesday and got there around 11:45 or so. It was not super full, but by the time I left the restaurant was about half full. The Diners' Club website said this Nando's took Diners' Club cards, and I tried using mine, but it did not work and I had to use my MasterCard instead. If you have Discover/Diners' Club, don't try using it here as it will not work.

mate ordered well done chicken. It came cremated which is how he likes it.

Nando's was required, and I was close to Covent Garden, so this one seemed the obvious choice. Having been here a few times now, it was quite easy for me to get too.

The outlet has some quite impressive decoration. Staff were fairly good, did everything they're meant too, weren't any 'shining stars' really.

Didn't win anything in the raffle but that's okay when you win the quiz with nineteen and a half points out of (20).

Didn't have Haloumi but replaced it with another side

One of the waiters was wearing a flag of a place that doesn't exist but a politically motivated flag. Thought it was inappropriate and stupid. Didn't want him to serve me or any of my mates. Other people working there were very friendly

This was my 1st Rate Your Nando's dinner, and it was great to finally meet everyone that I'd heard so much about!!
It's quite a tricky branch to find, and is actually nearer The Strand than Covent Garden. Thank goodness for the helpful chap at Covent Garden Tube Station, otherwise Gerry & I would probably still be wandering around.

It is one of my favourite Nando's. I like the layout. Downstairs is bigger and it's more open plan than anywhere else. I like the bendy queuing area. It was another good RYN event, as always! It was particularly memorable as I won two of the prizes available! Looking forward to the next one.

When I first got there, I thought the place was really small. I'd had to ask 2 people for directions as I don't know covent garden really well but once I found it, its not that bad to get there. Located on the corner of the road as you come out of covent garden square, you're better off using public transport to get there as there is hardly any parking.

My first Nando's after 'metal-gate' (see previous review) and thankfully it was back to normal. I was out filming for the day with a couple of work colleagues on the hottest day of the year and a Nando's lunch was a most welcome break. We sat on the ground-floor level which is deceptively small; I went downstairs to use the bathroom, and it is HUGE! The only criticism would be to get to the toilets from upstairs, you need to go through a maze.

Staff were very rude, looked over my shoulder whilst I ordered and I had to keep repeating myself

Covent Garden Nando's is perfectly located for the start or end of a theatre evening in the West End and does accordingly have a unique feel to it.
As you walk in on a street lined with other inferior chain restaurants, you are greeted with an unfamiliar sight: a bar and tables where no food is being consumed. I told you this one was unique, didn't I?

I only ended up at this branch because all my plans for the day had gone down the drain! (Obviously I intended to go to Nando’s, but it probably would have been a different branch) I had no idea where it was so I decided to ‘follow my Nando’s sense’ until I found it… A sneaky bit of iPhone googling always helps as well. Eventually I found it after about an hour of looking.

An amazing location, right in the heart of london, just off of covent garden, and also next to trafalgar square!

decorated beuaitully! includes two floors, with a bar on the top, and more quieter seating area on the bottom, with private rooms for parties or large groups!

feels like i've stepped into another country when i enter, as it is so well decorated
