Manager Alex extremely rude when asked about the waiting time for our food, simply walked away and not wanting to understand or sympathise , unprofessional and immature behaviour, simply put off from Nando’s and won’t be bringing my family again either 2 children who were upset with waiting for our food, when arrived they were upset and as it was so late arriving they were not that interested and more frustrated, as children can be, again the manager did no way try and understand, simply incompetent,!sorry Nando’s but never again !
