I was nodoby on the door and the restaurant I was even busy, I took the menu from the entry and sit without nobody help me, I wanted to order a chicken full platter and I ask for peri taimer (barbecue) but they said that I was
finish but behanid him I saw the bottle almost empty. Not really happy with the service that Nandos I was providing before. Staff rude

I order thicker butterfly burger and froes but I received rice and fries and only butterfly I spoke with the manager she took my plate and but the burger, when the burger I arrived I was cold and horrible .

The food was as expected, but the customer service from Demi was incredible. She went above and beyond for me and my partner! Honestly, some of the best CS I've experienced in nandos

My order was incorrect after I had ordered online. I only realised after getting back to my office. I wasn't able to return until later that day. The manager at the Holborn restaurant was fantastic, brilliant customer service as my lunch was ruined as the order was wrong but the manager corrected this by offering me the correct order therefore resolving the matter immediately.

Worst customer service we have ever encountered. Waited 20 mins to get served. Another 30 mins passed and they brought the wrong order and told us they had ran out of what we wanted!! We left without eating. Still waiting for the man who took my husband's number to ring. Have a look at Tripadvisor reviews. This needs a big shake up. Have eaten before in past with noroblem here. GONE DOWNHILL BADLY

I was going to mark this one down because the women seemed hormonal and unhappy but the blokes were on top however boris changed all that for me. I walked there from leicester square which was only fifteen minutes but this place is nearby holborn train station on the central and picadilly line. Also theres a boris bike statIon outside so you can cycle there too.

Met up with a couple of mates after work and walked down to this branch from Farringdon. Took about 10-15mins to walk down to Holborn station, and this Nando's is a stone's throw away from that (walking distance from Chancery Lane too).

Big, spacious restaurant.

Medium 1/2 chicken was ok though amount of peri peri sauce was a bit on the mean side.

No balsamic vinegar so member of staff went above and beyond to local sainsbury's to buy some

The 6th RYN Reviewer Event ran very smoothly with 23 attendees including many old faces (special shout out to Rosanna who has attended all 6 events so far) and some new ones too. The biggest RYN raffle ensued once almost everyone had arrived (don't wait for Spanish or Italians like José Carlos Díaz or Lara obviously or you could be waiting a while!) and 4 Nando's prizes were given out.

This was my first visit and also happened to be my 4th attendance to a contributor event. I found it very easy to get to from Holborn underground station. The staff were friendly and the interior of this Nandos is very nicely done, perhaps one of the newer Nando's I've been to.

we went for the Contribution dinner and had a lovely time, i ordered half a chicken, Peri Peri Chips and pita with a diet coke. the staff were all friendly and helpful. the food came within 5 mins. i had parking outside the restaurant (free after 630pm)

Certainly not a bad nando's experience by any means, but this did not stand out as one of the best for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, I did not find the some of the staff to be particularly helpful. When I ordered my food, the RYN discount wasn't put through and I didn't notice until immediately after I paid (my fault for not checking price really).

The portions always seem bigger at contributor dinners! First visit to this restaurant. Liked the decor and the food. Disappointed to discover they had run out of frozen yoghurt. This seems to be a common complaint with Nando's.

On a trip out to the British Museum I had an urge for chicken so headed to one of the local Nandos in Holborn. At first I suspected my phone had taken me to the wrong street as it's based in a residential street where you'd more expect a legal firm, I eventually spotted it at the bottom of the street with only a small Barcelo sign outside but massive windows.

Me and my girlfriend went to this branch on a Friday night about 9pm, It was really busy, but that’s to be expected of a central London branch, It was really hard to find thanks to the new Nando’s app that sent us in completely the wrong direction, we ended up walking in a huge circle before discovering It’s practically over the road from Holborn tube station, Bad Nando’s app, bad. So by the time we got there we were hungry and excited.

The last few weeks it's turned out that I have had a free whole chicken. As a result, my colleague and I have been heading to Southbank branch for very high standard Nando's. Southbank wasn't convenient today so we were hoping the experience there would be replicated at Holborn.

In a nice location just out of holborn station, however it is on a one way street so is easy to miss this gem of a nandos, well planned out so while you eat and talk others can't snoop in on your conversation. Very nice place to eat.

Visited this branch before heading back to Brum at around 7pm on a Saturday - and was surprised at how quiet it was. There were two of us and we were seated right away, with no wait to order and just over 10 minutes for the food to come.

Good first impressions of the branch. In a nice location near to the Tube station. Lots of other bars and eateries around here too so am sure it's always busy at other times.

The decor was impressive and fits the lush location in central London. Although the branch itself is relatively small, that was not a problem on a weekday evening and there was no queue at all. The main problem was the staff's reluctance to serve my friend's half chicken which arrived in quarters, the second of which had to be asked for on 3 separate occasions. The food itself was of a high standard and we all left fully satisfied.
