I was going to mark this one down because the women seemed hormonal and unhappy but the blokes were on top however boris changed all that for me. I walked there from leicester square which was only fifteen minutes but this place is nearby holborn train station on the central and picadilly line. Also theres a boris bike statIon outside so you can cycle there too.
As i entered i was greeted by a very happy, bald chap with a sexy irish accent. He offered me a booth in what seemed like a very empty restaurant but after asking for a socket, gave me table five in the corner with a view of the whole place. Turned out a few tables were occupied and unfortunately i left my charger at home, doh!
Ah Boris the new love of my life! Disappointed about them not having sweet mash i picked creamy mash to go with a quarter chicken, three wings all mango and lime with garlic bread. Also used my green reward so the quarter was free. Only a nine minute wait but the food was not that great.
For starters the quarter chicken was really small. It had loads of sauce but would not have been enough without the wings. The wings themselves were very crispy and dry, no amount of sauce could have saved them. I don't like creamy mash that much anyway but the garlic bread was okay. The girl who served me looked so unhappy she should have been home to be honest.
At the end of the meal boris came to take my plates."how was the meal" he asked, to which i said i won't complain. He then realised it was because i didn't get the sweet mash and offered to get me what they did have left free of charge. I was very happy with this and he brought it to me with a little spoon.
Whilst i waited for the mash i had a chance to look around the place. It's very small about forty something tables with what may be the toilets downstairs. They have these red chilli pepper lights hanging in the window which i haven't noticed at any other branch. Paintings are placed along the opposite walls but i didn't notice any ornaments. Overall it was great service and i can recommend it.
