I went with 2 friends two of us orders Butterfly Chicken with peri peri chips and rainbow coleslaw 1 ordered just peri peri chips as we ordered and walked back to our seats and sat down the food arrived however one dinner the chips were just about warm and the bowl of chips were cold. However they took it away but still the bowl of chips had a mixture of cold and hot. Vino the manager straight away said that's not acceptable and took it away and came back with a hot bowl of chips.

The Somalian little girl used profanity against me and my three kids, she swore at me because I asked if she had an attitude problem.

We had an issue with the lengthy wait for our order but we came across an amazing staff member called Sam who helped us. We then also spoke to the manager who was brilliant!!! Turned our experience into 5*

Very happy with nandos always so friendly but this was too nice I'm so suprised every single staff was smiling and helpful keep it up nandos had a terrible experience in Pizza Hut next door to this place and came here was extremely happy and busy staf that helped me get a table was taneal got me a table for 12 in such short time was happy to wait and Mo helped and my family always seeing if we ordered and everything came in time thanks guys I did mention to manager he was very happy too hear

This was my local Branch at one point maybe four years ago as it was a ten minute drive or bus ride from work.
In the Park Royal complex there is a KFC, chiquitos, Pizza Hut, Burger King and a Chinese buffet place I forget the name of. As well as arcade games there's a bowling alley, pool tables and a Vue Cinema boasting 14 screens. As I live near Feltham now, it's all about the cineworld.

The food was amazing, as always! We had 1/2 a hot periperi chicken with spicy rice, chips and coleslaw on the side. The staff was friendly and polite. Overall we had another excellent experience, dining at Nandos.

There is a cinema opposite which is good for a weekend out. We always come to Nandos at Park Royal as we love the food and enjoy the atmosphere. Going to Nandos for a long time, there is a standard of service which we do expect from the staff. We were originally served by a staff member called Danny who was very friendly and very polite. We were then served by a staff member called Kasia who disappointed us completely.

I am a keen nando lover. I have visited many branches but park royal stands out. I was initally going to report to senior management i.e regional manager upwards but after sometime i thought this would be a better way to hopefully rectify the problem.
