I am a keen nando lover. I have visited many branches but park royal stands out. I was initally going to report to senior management i.e regional manager upwards but after sometime i thought this would be a better way to hopefully rectify the problem.

The first thing i must make nandos staff aware that when cleaning the tables and chairs, either wash the cloth regularly or two, just change the damn thing! (pardno my french. Thats one thing i wanted to take of my chest. the food is so amazing that i actually force myself to put up with the sticky tables and chairs.
Now generally i am amazed by the service of Nandos in park royal. Now and again management and staff come to you and make sure everything is all ok, and thats something i have appreciated and recommend them on. after the food that would be the other reason why i would be in there.

Anyhow on this one seperate occassion me and family went to park royal late afternoon and waited approx 20 min for food. no harm done that's as expected. when our food arrived the chicken legs from the bottom were freezing cold ( n here im thinking they just cooked that now?). so i called the manager over and stated the problem. the manager stated that the chicken has just been made fresh to which i agreed but requested for her to touch the chicken. At first she refused to touch the chicken but then she finally did and her reaction was "What do you want me to do about it"
i was flabbergasted by the remark and was speechless in what to say. I then said i would like my money back to which she refused and said that the chicken had been ordered. So i said fine can i have the same but at least warm if not hot.so she asked which pieces where cold and she took them away on the plate and left. I was fuming!!! There was a staff member near by who looked he was trying to be friendly whch i appreciated and when i asked who she was he replied,she's the shift manager. i replied ihavent seen her before to which he replied she was promoted last week. i thought to myself someone made a mistake somewhere.

so please dont think that this is a bad review but just a nice way of saying thank you very much for the delightful finger licking food that you make, and sometimes things do go wrong but managers should know how to deal with customer services whn it is required! i wish i could be there to help you.
Love your food, it is the best my whole family is addicted.all our parties are held in nandos in fact i'm doing my sons party, but not in park royal.
