We order food via app and waiting for order and after long wait when we connect with manager he said order is failed and no one bother to update us on that when we asked after almost half an hour reply is so pathetic like no one cares utterly nonsense service.

Excellent service, very friendly and efficient. Good quality food as always. Our Server Jason was very helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome even though it was so busy. Thanks to Jason we felt very relaxed and enjoyed our meal.

The manager (Julio at Nugent in orpington) was beyond attentive, polite and ensured our family meal was perfect! I overheard him explaining things to staff and he did so in a very kind manner.

It was quite a trek from home to here – by public transport, and it’s situated on a retail park, so not the most picturesque location. It’s stuck right on the corner & I couldn’t see any other food outlets apart from Costa, so I would imagine it may get extremely busy during peak hours. Apparently, there is a MacDonalds close by, but I couldn’t see any evidence, so it must be hiding.

Less than 10 minute walk from St Mary Cray station, we took the scenic route via the houses after following a guy who said it was easy to get there. The only restaurant in a retail park, I suppose it's a niche market for the locals who find it easy to get there than into town for other places to eat. Lucky we got there when we did as the queue built up just afterwards with people waiting up to twenty minutes or more.

Parked easily, can be hard to park in the retail estate. Seated quickly and food was super fast. Had a butterfly chicken burger with peri chips and spicy rice, and a double chicken wrap with peri chips. Orpington has reignited our love of nandos after a not pleasant visit to the Holborn branch back in 2014.

Nando's 198 was a memorable visit for a few reasons! The walk down from St Mary Cray station was simple enough and unbelievably there was a direct train there from Mill Hill Broadway station which was great news.

I ate chicken breast fillet burger medium with cheese. The bun was really cold and pale, the actual burger was warm, not hot. The garlic bread was cold and the chips portion was tiny, I could count on my hands the amount I had. Was so hungry I didn't want to send it back so grinned and bared it. Was really disappointed as I'm used to normal portions and hot food. Will definitely be sticking to my usual local branch.

With a long drive from Folkestone to Lowestoft - what better way to break up the drive than a tasty Nando's??

This Nando's is located on Nugent Shopping Park, which is a shopping based retail park(Next, M&S, Debenhams etc). There is free parking onsite with some 400 spaces.

We arrived at nando's in Orpington - the usual nandos that we visit. We was greeted well and was give a good table however our meal experience started to go down in our expectations of our usual visits.

Nandos in the Nugent centre is just perfect.
You are first greeted with huge tall windows that allow you to see outside, and when it's sunny and warm, outside seating is provided. It is a new building with lots of modern seating, and artwork. Always exceptionally clean though, the loos are always very clean too! I've never had smeared glasses or cutlery here either.

As per usual the moment I walk in to my local Nando’s store I am treated with respect and the unusual feeling of being a VIP, I am swiftly placed at a nearby clean table and the waiter knows there's no reason to ask if I’ve been to Nando’s before, so as she does so, she looks towards my guests.
The Orpington branch being based in the Nugent retail park allows great ease of parking and a great layout to of seating really helps to have a great relaxed time with no stress and bother.

This branch always makes me feel like i am home everybodys always smiling and is happy too be working,this is my main nandos as i only live 5mins away so i really enjoy the customer service 10/10.

In the Nugent which has several shops in it so there are things to do as well. The food was excellent and the sauce added great flavor. Top restaurant.
