Nandos in the Nugent centre is just perfect.
You are first greeted with huge tall windows that allow you to see outside, and when it's sunny and warm, outside seating is provided. It is a new building with lots of modern seating, and artwork. Always exceptionally clean though, the loos are always very clean too! I've never had smeared glasses or cutlery here either.
Once I walk in I am greeted as a regular, (should I worry!?), and I'm nearly always immediately sat down. This time, there was a ten minute wait, it was a glorious Saturday though, and everyone goes out when it's sunny. They allow you to put your name down and there are plenty of shops to browse (if you're a lady) such as Laura Ashley, Debenhams etc. After a ten minute look in M&S I walk back to Nandos and the lady seats me and my partner immediately. We know what we want, so my partner just goes up and orders, and the food arrived within 10-15 minutes, any quicker and I'd wonder if my chicken was sat around etc. I like it to be fresh.
I have the mango & lime butterfly chicken breast with chips & coleslaw, and my partner has the extra hot half chicken with rice & garlic bread. All of the food arrived perfectly and delicious. Good selection of chips with NO DODGY BITS or eyes, yuck! Coleslaw there is a good ratio of cabbage:carrot, and the spicy rice is yum. My chicken breast has a nice crisp to the skin, and is smothered in mango & lime sauce..drool, beautifully tender, not overcooked & dry at all. I only ever have the refillable drink, and never encountered a problem, good variety of sauces always available. Attentive staff too, who ask if you need any extras.
All in all, I'd say Nandos in the Nugent centre is perfect. It's less busy most of the time than other London alternatives (I'm looking at you, Bluewater), and there is a great array of shops to look at while you walk off lunch too!

Oh and it's fab if you like to sit outside when it's sunny as they allow no smoking - yay!
