Disappointed with how unobvious the allergen information is for each dish. You also need more options and alternatives for allergy sufferers - we don’t all want to eat the vegan crap as we still eat meat. The staff are quite dim and slow too so I’d suggest you either provide an easier to read order taking system so 5 different teenagers don’t have to come and clarify with us what we ordered or the staff training is dumbed down to a “gen z understandable level”.

I was sat on a table we’re I was not happy as I was surrounded with people and I have anxiety off eating in front of people recovering from my recent eating disorder. Where I was then moved by a member of staff were I was then rudley confronted by the manger to ‘get up and move’ I was told to wait in the queue that I had previously waiting 25 minutes in. I am seriously not happy and want further action taking.

The food service was brilliant and the food itself was TOP! So glad I came in everything was brill

Had to wait 30 minutes and then a waiter told us we missed our timing even though we never got the text saying we could come, the wait said it would be another 15 minutes. Ended up waiting another half an hour. So one hour in total. When we got in we ordered and my friend asked for some sauce but it never came??? Food was quite disappointing, nowhere near the standard Nando’s I usually have. Overall a pretty bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Vicki the cashier was quite mean and made me feel quite intimidated on my last 2 visits to Nando’s. I am quite appalled.

The heating was broken today. The restaurant should not have been open. Really uncomfortable when you're sat with your back to the front door. We were allowed to pay for bottomless frozen yoghurt, only to discover when we tried to get it that the machine had not been switched on today. We were then offered ice cream, which took ages to arrive. I had to ask a second waitress for it.

First things first, this Nando's is HUGE! Sitting on the top floor of Liverpool One via an enormous 3-4 floor escalator trip; it's just on the right hand side. Once you enter, you simply don't realise just how big it is until you turn the corner past the tills and it's bloody enormous!

"I visited Nandos at Liverpool One with my friends for my friends 13th birthday meal, and I can safely say the food was delicious, the food definitely did not take long only under 5-10 mins I loved it! Also, the customer service was brilliant very friendly and approachable to talk to very kind and friendly made sure to give a us a good visit the chicken and peri-sauce was out of this world they made sure our visit was fabulous and to recommend to friends.

This is a very popular Nando's branch as we joined the queue already stretching outside the venue and were told it was a 20 minute wait. By ten minutes we were able to find seating in the front waiting area which accommodates at least 15 people and another ten minutes til we were given a table on the far side of the restaurant along the window. The window faces down into the high street where you can see the shoppers popping into Waterstones or people going into Jamie Oliver's restaurant.

I had a deliciously succulent butterfly chicken breast accompanied with sweet potato mash and spicy rice. This is not just chicken... This is Nandos chicken mmmmmmm mm mmm

This was my second nandos in 4 days! Service is always amazing, and food always tastes so nice!! Makes me want another one the next day!! had a fab Christmas lunch with the girls in nandos!! :)

fantastic Nando's in terms of friendliness and food quality, but the Liverpool ONE branch had no lids on the sauces (stereotype avoidance), one of the drinks machine was broken and the toilets were out of order.
The friendliness of staff would've annoyed some people, but it was funny generally.. 4x visits from one chap new to the chain.
I'd never really appreciated how important the pouring spouts were until there were none.. especially awkward with balsamic vinegar.

We decided that being in a new city that it would only be polite to acquaint ourselves with the local Nando’s; and we were not too disappointed. Being a Friday Lunch time it was quite busy, but we were seated in about 5 minutes and all the staff were pleasant and efficient.

Visited this one on its day of re-opening after a fire and water damage the week before... and having never been here previously I couldn't say if anything has changed! It didn't seem as though it had :-)

Nice food, but VERY SMALL PORTIONS!! only half a pitta :(

I love this Nando's! It's not my favorite (my favorite is in London - just a short walk from the Globe theater - perfect!) but it is a lot better than others. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby but Nando's is always the busiest yet it never seems over crowded. It is right next door to a cinema which is great for a night out. It is also above a main shopping street so you can make a full day out. The train station is about a five minute walk away across fairly flat ground.

Located in the town centre surrounded by other restaurants and shops. This Nando's is huge and worth seeing for its sheer size but the overall experience wasn't great on a busy Saturday night. Problems with orders and a general feel of chaos slightly tarnished this experience.
