The heating was broken today. The restaurant should not have been open. Really uncomfortable when you're sat with your back to the front door. We were allowed to pay for bottomless frozen yoghurt, only to discover when we tried to get it that the machine had not been switched on today. We were then offered ice cream, which took ages to arrive. I had to ask a second waitress for it.
