I came to Nando's for lunch today. Shreya Jacob was very polite and friendly. She helped me to get freebies on my Nando's card. She greeted my with a lovely smile. The food was very good too. The food was hot and I really enjoyed myself. While I was eating a member of staff came over to ask me if everything was ok. I found it a very enjoyable experience. I come to Nando's on average about twice a month and will continue to come here with service like this.

Mama-Dafi was very welcoming and friendly let us choose our table ,regularlychecked back on us if we need anything else very caring and lovely lady . Our food was amazing and arrived perfectly in time so well done kitchen and grillers deliciouly cooked to perfection.It was my first time in this branch the team and food were exceptional.Also nice clean and tidy restaurant .

Was disgusted the way nando's operated as I came in the shop and a gentleman came to the door saying the re is a 30min wait, 30min later we came back and sat on the table ordering the food. We waited the casual 20min-30min but no response, not even a glass! Then we ordered the waiter and said where's the food? He said 2 min, we were starving and the food came, cold as the ice age! Then called the 'manager' over saying its been 1hr and food cold as ice...

We had a great time at Nando’s. We were served by Lorenzo who was very helpful.

My staff and I went out for the first time it was 7 of us. Since one of my staff have not tried nandos before we all tought it will be a good idea for him to experience it as most of us love nandos.

This is a very accessible branch. Hounslow has excellent public transport links with all surrounding areas.

This was a very busy night, and i think we timed our visit just right, we had a table allocated straight away but anyone coming in after us had to wait.

Our table was very near the door, and i felt very close the the ladies at the next table.

It was my first time coming to Nandos and we decided to order a full platter with a group of friends and we were served by a very nice and polite lady called Magda she gave us very good service and even gave me a Nandos card which was very generous. Apart from that the food was delicious so I was pleased with the outcome, also the food service was very quick so we didn't have to wait long.

Great service, great food. The staff here were excellent, very friendly.

Stopped into Hounslow on my way back t'up North in the early afternoon. If you want to be able to go to a supermarket representing any nationality or culture... then Hounslow is definitely the place to go!

I normally never look at people's names but Frank in this restaurant was sooo kind and helpful I had to remember and remark on his service.

My colleague and I ordered food for ourselves and a couple of people in the office (5 person order in total) for take away. The lady taking our order was very friendly despite obviously having a badly hurt leg. We waited for approximately 30 mins, noticing that 3 people who had come in after us had received their orders, we ended up having to go to the counter to find out what the delay was shortly after which the food arrived.
