Was disgusted the way nando's operated as I came in the shop and a gentleman came to the door saying the re is a 30min wait, 30min later we came back and sat on the table ordering the food. We waited the casual 20min-30min but no response, not even a glass! Then we ordered the waiter and said where's the food? He said 2 min, we were starving and the food came, cold as the ice age! Then called the 'manager' over saying its been 1hr and food cold as ice... then walked out the shop and a nando waiter comes running down saying we forgot the rice! Like are u serious right now. Then back in and asked the manager for a chat... she came up to us and started saying mean stuff Then we wanted a refund... turned out only give a £25 voucher!?...
