My staff and I went out for the first time it was 7 of us. Since one of my staff have not tried nandos before we all tought it will be a good idea for him to experience it as most of us love nandos.
When we arrive it was half full so they gave us a table straight away which we tought that was nice. When the food arrived, we were excited as we are all starving . Half way through the meal, one of my staff have found a long blond hair in her butterfly burger. None of us have a blond hair so we all turned our heads to the staff standing behind the counter and they have 2 blond staff with their hair in full volume like they do not work in the restaurant. (They should be wearing hair nets) So my staff took the food back to them and showed the burger with the hair and they gave her a new one.
After that, one of the staff approached us asking if we are good and if needed anything else, i mentioned to her that we are waiting for a naughty naga which is already paid for. When she came back with the naga she was about to charge me again.
For sure, we will never come to this nandos in Hounslow again.
