Very long wait my food was undercooked and rushed

We visited Nando’s in Brixton as a big family group of 25 people, and the service was absolutely outstanding. The manager, Giovanni, was amazing from start to finish. Despite how busy it was, he went out of his way to organise seating for all of us together and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Vera was very talkative very nice and good to talk to 10 stars

Shout to a lovely staff member named Fayiza who without even asking noticed my friend’s food hadn’t arrived and quickly went to find out the delay and within a minute was their food. She even gave a complimentary ice cream for the inconvenience to my friend as well which was very nice for her to do. Thank you Fayiza.

Vera is a legend! She always makes sure everything is on spot. Perfect service, quality and friendliness. Highly recommended

This is my first time writing a review for Nandos Brixton and I must admit that it was an amazing experience! The order was easy to make, and the staff were extremely helpful in accommodating my special needs child. The ambiance was great, and the food definitely lived up to my expectations. My child has severe autism and was on a tantrum when we got at the restaurant. Fortunately, the Manager in charge gave us an empty glass so we could serve her a drink while waiting for the order.

I find the staff there improved significantly from the security to the assistance. So well fine. Awal given me great service . They are always accommodating customer requests. And to be honest the security are more like hosts. Which at Brixton THAT MAKES A GREAT CHANGE. I know they are agency but still a good word perhaps to retain them.

I have been to Nando’s Brixton many times, but this time, Vera made our visit special with exceptional customer service. I want to thank her for her service and friendliness.

Super-friendly and kind staff! Food delicious as always, and we didn’t have to wait long for it. Brixton isn’t my nearest Nando’s, but it is my favourite! :)

I was at Nando's Brixton while waiting for my girls. I ordered Halloumi Sticks, Quinoa salad, spicy mixed olives & diet coke. I'm happy that they've vegetarian options and taste amazing. The guy who served my table is called Ese; he's very friendly and polite., with amazing customer service. Thank you.

Worst experience ever!!! Got fucking foodpoisened so hard i wished i would fucking die. Nandos Brixton is a pice of shit restaurant and i will never eat here again. Fix your goddamn chicken:)

If you're ever going to Brixton Nando's please look for Janos. He is hands down the best till worker there! Very welcoming, very helpful with the menu, makes you feel at home. Myself and my lady were very pleased with the customer service. Best Nandos experience we've had ever thanks to Janos!

ok, I decided to take my daughter, Godchildren and their mother for a meal as we had an afternoon out in the west end.

I needed a table of 9, we waited 30 mins for the table however we were able to entertain the children during this time.

Usually I order half a chicken but I thought let me try a sunset burger today. Was very impressed with the meal as it was delicious! Staff were polite and kind especially Laci.

5 year old birthday party. A manager came over and demanded that we stopped what we were doing and took control of a 2 year old who screamed. As other people were eating. Standing over me telling me that I must make him stop the noise to not realise that I wasn't even his mother. To make it worst he did not even realise that the child was autistic.

This store opposite the O2 Academy in Brixton is most famous for its destruction during the Brixton riots when thugs, chavs and scum of the earth marauded and attacked this bastion of civilisation. As such it has been recently refurbished and its decoration is great and it has a lovely patio area out the front.

Happened to stumble across this Nando's as my bus stopped right outside it, so had to pop in for dinner. Had extra-hot butterfly breast with rice and peas, which was great but not enough - next time I'll have to remember that the rice is only small! The service was good, staff were really friendly and cleaned a table right away so me and my friends could sit down.

This visit to Nando's turned out to be the first of four in a jam packed evening of peri-peri and chicken! And with this being my 250th different branch, what nicer place to visit than Brixton?

I arrived here at about 6pm after finding the restaurant easily, with just a few minutes walk from the tube station. This Nando's is next door to a Fitness First and opposite Brixton O2 Academy. Also just down from the tube stop is the Ritzy Cinema and Electric Avenue.

This Nandos branch is opposite the O2 Academy in Brixton so there's no excuse not to eat there before going to Brixton academy!

Nice to see the new decoration after the riot damage back in August. Still, despite being new and clean, the decoration is pretty average compared to other recently opened branches, and I wouldn't say Nando's went all-out on this one. There was no eye-catching artwork and nothing unique about the tables and their setup (perhaps Nando's don't want to invest too heavily incase more riots happen in the area!).

Not bad at all. It's right across the road from the Brixton Academy (cynically now called the O2), so dinner before the gig is usual making it very busy at times. This can be annoying if you're not going to the gig. Otherwise enjoyable.
