Waited for a table despite there being tables visibly available. Ordered on app, drinks did not arrive at all , had to ask for glasses which they eventually brought but gave us water glasses instead of refillables that had been paid for. When we then tried to use these glasses the door staff said we aren't allowed to use those glasses for refills, we explained what had happened and was told we need to go and change them. Two meals were ordered, with requested no mayonnaise, with had mayonnaise in. One meal had so few chips it would have been easy to count them. There were no forks available and had to wait for some to be brought out. So poor and at no point did we see any table staff to even ask if it was ok, it wasn't ok, it was about the worst table service I can remember.
