Doku one of the managers at the store made me and my friends feel incredibly welcome. Really nice guy

All the staffs are so good specially Danny on the floor is so helpful. The food was amazing as always. I had half of the chicken it was absolutely delicious. I'm thinking of going back there very soon.

Seemed disorganised despite quiet in restaurant
Burger was ok but chips cold and didn’t seem fresh, salad don’t bother . Overall slapdash attitude and food reflected this. Disappointed

Today me and my partner went to the five ways Nando’s in Birmingham . We received our food fairly quickly however it wasn’t hot ,when biting in to the chips it was fairly cold . I told my partner that we should Ask them to replace it however he said leave it as everyone was extremely rude and we didn’t have a warm welcoming . We also felt quite intimidated while speaking to Arafath at the till who claimed his name was “Mohammed” and did not give his first name .

We ordered a large £120 order to take away on Thursday 31st and the service provided was excellent! Buku served us after ordering the order online in the morning and everything was spot on - he made sure we were happy and checked everything off the list before letting us leave. excellent service 10+ people very happy and fed!! Thank you so much, 100% have the confidence to order for this size again!

This store near the centre of Birmingham is on the rear side of a leisure development featuring a Cineworld and a pure gym. Down a side road which was a bit unsavoury with drunks and worse milling on the road. We were told it would be a half hour wait so we went to the pub over the road which was an experience.

The store is very dark within despite the double height ceiling, in fact the lower are at the back seemed brighter.

I knew there was no way this Nando's visit was gonna be as good as Grand Central but one still hopes.. Took a bit of a while to find this branch even after asking for directions but it's in the Fiveways just at the side.

It was a standard nandos experience, made perhaps a little bit more tasty as it was the first real food I had eaten that day (considering it was dinner time). Nothing like a double chicken burger, peri chips and garlic bread (with one of the burgers going into the garlic bread to make a second garlic bread chicken burger) haloumi (also went in the burgers) and topped off with a free quarter chicken to refill your batteries after a long weekend of partying!

Went to this Nando's a bucketload of times while at uni (especially in 1st year when I lived down the road). Solid, no-nonsense, epic Nando's every time (including the numerous times we got it to takeaway). There's a multistorey carpark next door, along with a cinema, and countless bars down Broad Street. Bowling across the roundabout too.

This Nando's is right next to a cinema and near a busy street of clubs and bars. There is a car park next to the restaurant that charges £1 an hour or free if you go see a movie and get your ticket validated.
The service was ok but ordered a full platter and found the chicken to be burnt in lots of places and a very small portion of chips. Also the Coke Zero fountain option was not working correctly. When I informed a member of staff they did not seem interested.

A trip to a city centre Nando's on a Saturday night with ten people is never going to be a quick affair, and this visit was no exception. To be honest, given how busy the branch was (people out the door waiting), a 30 minute wait for two adjacent boothes (5 per booth - a decent compromise) wasn't too bad.

The refurbished Broad Street branch is much more pleasing on the eye than its predecessor. The restaurant has a more open feel to it now the part of the wall opposite the counter has been knocked down.Improvements include the new location of the door which no longer causes a draft. This used to be a major irritation for any Nandoers sitting near the door!

Didn't have to wait even though there were 14 of us, food was really good, chips especially were delicious this time! bit cold sitting near the door though, need to keep that door shut.

Staff very welcoming, short queue at the tills, order processed quickly. Unfortunately, we were left waiting for food for over 20 minutes. We also asked for water to be refilled (since the self-service machine is permanently out of order) and were effectively ignored. Food was of particularly high quality - very tender, lots of peri spice on the chips. Nearby parking has recently increased in price from 80p to £1 for an hour.

Average location and food but great student deal and staff are generally friendly. Many frustratingly still do not recognise me but others make up for it. Speed of service varies but is generally good. If you want more peri-spice just ask them when they bring the food over and they usually give you the shaker!
