Vauxhall Arch

Thank you to Harrison for taking care of my friends and I. He made sure we were okay and provided a very friendly and quick service!

Me and my family were very satisfied with the service and food. One staff stood out called Antonio who delivered very good costumer service and was very attentive as I am pregnant and made sure myself and my family were well informed and taken care of

I went in Nando’s Vauxhall and the atmosphere was of peace, and happiness. The food as always was great, fast, and delicious. Special mention to Pascal the Italian man. He was superbly amazing.

We went at the time the cricket finished in the area. Very busy, but great and quick service with friendly staff. Well organised. We were impressed.

Workers were very friendly, very observant and attentive. Absolutely love it and will carry on coming back!!

I know we're all getting used to this new normal but there needs to be better organisation between customers who want to eat in and one's who are picking up orders. I was waiting in a queue unnecessarily for 15 mins as I had already ordered, just wanted to pick up. Better signage and more proactive staff would be great.

Waited for my food (whole chicken and fries) for a ridiculous 40 min. On the 30 min mark we asked a floor staff if she could go and check the status of our food. She never got back to us. The next time we saw her she returned with another customer's food, who was 10 waiting number behind us. When I stated that this was unacceptable, she gave me the sighing, rolling eye ATTITUDE and blurted "I told you I am going to the kitchen to check" and ran off to the kitchen.

I tried the new sunset burger and it was delicious.

My daughter has got a severe allergy to milk, when I order our meals I mentioned this to the cashier (Vinny, I think he's the manager) he advised on what to eat and left the till after I made the order and cleaned the kitchen facilities and personally made my daughter meal himself. I really appreciate what he did and It made my day. I will defiantly go back to Nandoes in Vauxhall again.

Hello! Today I wish to tell you of my excellent experience at the 6th birthday party for Rate Your Nando's. Returning to this Nando's was a highly nostalgic experience as this was the location of my first ever Reviewer Dinner, an encounter that led me to fall in love with the co-founder of Rate Your Nando's and to engage in a long-term romantic and spiritual relationship together. And thus, I expected to have an excellent time at Vauxhall Arches Nando's.

Lovely venue (loved the whole arch / tunnel venue), food and experience. My first reviewer dinner was a success. Yum yum yum !

My 1st visit to this branch, for the RYN 6th Birthday reviewers dinner. it's very easy to find from both the South-West train station and the underground station. Look out for the massive sign pointing you in the right direction, through the walkway/tunnel under the main line tracks. The branch is massive with a beautiful curved ceiling covered in small wooden panel/tiles. As we were a large group, the staff put us into a side section of the branch.

This RYN reviewers would be my first time at Vauxhall arches Nandos which is only 30 seconds stroll from Vauxhall station.

The first thing to say is that Vauxhall arches is a beautiful location that make the most of its space. The arched ceilings and bright signs really make this location unique, cosy and it’s very well done.

Went for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. First time visiting this branch, from when we entered the restaurant we received 5* service. Was shown to the table straight away. Was served at the till within 2 minutes. Very friendly cashier. The food came within 5 minutes of sitting down. We didn't even get to finish our olives yet and food had already come!! Chicken was nicely cooked (not burnt like in other nandos) big portions, lots of chips! and fresh coleslaw.

Vauxhall Arches

Possibly one of the randomest and stylish outlets I have been too, is Vauxhall arches.

Approaching from Vauxhall station, you are guided by bright neon signs, taking you right to the front. You enter through a revolving door, and after a short interlude, I was given a hand gesture to suggest "pick your own table". After choosing a central table, I sat down and perused the menu.

Since the last time I went to Vauxhall it was closed for a private do (which was fine as went to the great Clink Street one), I was keen to get back to this Nando's as soon as possible - and today was that time!

This is under the railway arches, so is right by both Vauxhall tube and rail stops - and it also just half a mile walk from The Oval cricket ground, so easily found.

Google maps and Nokia maps have real issues on where this store is and how to get to it, in reality it is in a railway arch on a major road to the eastern (away from river) side of the railway line. To assist you to get to it when you come out of the Vauxhall train/underground/bus stations you will see iluminated neon signs directing you through the pedestrian tunnel under the railway lines to the other side where you will find the Nandos on the left.

This visit was of course for the Rate Your Nando's contributor meal, I hadn't been to this branch before so I was excited to see it, It's quite easy to find from the tube station, as there is a sign just over the street directing you through a tunnel which has Nando's on the other side just to the left, I arrived a bit late and found everybody sitting in a private little room with different sections and even its own cutlery and sauce area, we also got awesome goody bags with cool Nando's stuf

Table too small, we had to move for dessert. How good is halloumi!

Deep in its cavernous surroundings, I had a Nando's epiphany. As I was handing out the raffle tickets and forcing Marc Joss' friends to give him money for things he already had for free, I realised I needed another side and became most discombobulated with the options I could retrieve. Should it be halloumi? Should it be some variety of salade? I realised the only choice was to embark down the route of macho peas and what a fantastic choice I have made!

Welcome one and all to the Uber King Of All Nandos ... the much hallowed and talked about Vauxhall branch. Yes this branch really is peri peri good! And here's why it hits the spot ... from the moment you walk through the revolving doors you feel like Clarke Kent changing into Superman as you are indeed greeted like a superhero by the many attentive and extremely good looking staff, whisked to your table where that all important cock on a stick is placed down to signify you have arrived.
