I purchased a meal for 2 on 31 July 2024 and the food was burnt. it was a takeaway and i discovered the burnt food when i got home, i called them and i was promised a voucher, i was told it will be sent after 5 days i am still waiting. I have called, and emailed and spoke to John the manager who keeps promising me a voucher.

Lasantha and Sue gave exceptional hospitality. They made sure we had everything we needed. The food was quick and good quality.
I've been coming here for years but this was the best visit by far. Our previous experience in 2021 wasn't so good so now our faith has been restored.
It was 2 of our birthdays and we were treated very well.
Thanks to all that made our meal a great experience.

Had full platter food was amazing. Was served amazingly by lasantha and Sue who gave lots of banter too. Really good people and food was piping hot as well.

So having visited my share of Nando's I tend to simply go for the food as it’s something I enjoy and know. Can’t say I’ve ever been wowed by exceptional service where it is expected for cashiers and servers to be friendly to a degree of what they have been employed to do. However I went into Wolverhampton Nando’s in Queen Street last night after a difficult time with my wife who had just been through a series of issues with her pregnancy so we weren't really in the best of places.

Well, this was our first time at the Wolverhampton Nandos.
Waited quite a while for someone to welcome us and offer us a table. It was not busy at this time either but it was ok. Eventually we were seated.

I've been working in Wolverhampton for a year and didn't even know there was a Nando's in the town. I only discovered by taking a different route home to the train station.
So I promised myself the next day I would need to try it out....research purposes.
That day at work was a long day, as between reports I'd find myself drooling over the prospect of peri-peri chicken and chip, whilst my belly rumbled impatiently!

I was welcomed within seconds of walking through the entrance and shown to a table to which I was asked if the table chosen was ok which I was surprised with. The girl at the cashier Lauren was very friendly and encouraged me to rate our nandos experience. Atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were very humorous around eachother and polite including danie.

overall the restaurant is great with good service and excellent quality nandos food and would like to praise Lauren the cashier who was very polite, helpful and ran our food to our table and made sure we felt welcome in the restaurant along with several other staff that created a great atmosphere but Lauren really did stand out from others. The Saturday Wolverhampton visit was our second of the afternoon, but we didn’t let the slight lapse in hunger skew our judgement. We parked up in a rather pricey and barren car park near the bus station, and walked for about two minutes down the uninspiring shopping street until we reached the famous cock. We were seated at the back of the medium-sized restaurant near a very loud group of guys. Actually, everything was loud here, the guys, the screaming babies and over all, the music.

There was a certain waiter who I feel is a valued member of your team. He was very polite and even high fived my boyfriend for eating an entire chicken, he became more like a friend than a waiter and made us feel very comfortable. I believe his name was Mark and he was probably the friendlist, nicest waiter i've ever came across in any restaurant.

Been here a few times - usually if I am seeing a gig at the Civic or Wulfrun. Plenty of car parks nearby and if you're after 6 or 7pm, you can usually park on the street for free all around the City Centre, limited spaces though. Somewhere like the Civic car park is only a 5 minute walk away anyway and is reasonably priced.
