Really disappointed with the quality of the food today. This is the chicken that was served to me, and it was completely burnt across the top. Chargrilled is one thing, but this was blackened to the point where it affected the taste. I would have expected better quality control before this left the kitchen. Hopefully this was a one-off, but it wasn't the standard I'd expect from Nando's.

Excellent on every level
Excellent front of house,very friendly
Ordering was easy, very polite member of staff
Food amazing.....not been to nandos for a few year's. Very clean and comfortable seating area.
Food great!
Only comment- some hand wipes would be very useful
Spoke to manager to congratulate him and his hard working team

How I love Nando’s. Service is always quick and friendly, nothing is ever too much. All staff are attentive and polite and also know how t have a joke.
When I moved form SA I knew Nando’s was the one thing I wold miss - but now I don’t need to miss it anymore.
Always feel healthier choosing Nando’s as it is always cooked to perfection and the sauces are to die for!
Keep it up Nando’s - you are the best!

A trip to Southampton to see Arsenal play in the FA Cup 4th round was made more exciting by the chance to finally tick off the elusive Southampton West Quay Nando's whose dodgy opening hours had got the better of me on all 4 previous visits to the South Coast to watch the mighty Gunners.

I ate a chicken pita and it was delicious.The staff was very friendly ,especially the Italian lady.She was very friendly,professional ,and running around with her eyes on details.Thanks a lot!!!!!!

Great location in the middle of the shopping centre. Nicely furnished - looked quite new!

Third time i have attempted to visit this store and have wasted rather a lot on parking in the persuit. The first time they were shutting half an hour before they had said on the Nandos website, next time they were too busy and weren't taking people and this time i was only told half hour wait. Its a long hike from the parking to the top floor of westquay shopping centre. The store is right at the top on the opporsite side to the lifts and escallators.

Heading back from the IOW, stuck in traffic... what better way to relieve the boredom than a quick jaunt to Southampton Nando's? Located in the West Quay shopping centre, it's easily found. Signposted very well with thousands of parking spaces. I paid £3.80 for just over an hour - so not the cheapest, but a short walk to the shops from here so good location.

This Nando's is situated in the food court of Southampton's main shopping centre (I forget the name), and is actually rather small considering the people traffic I have no doubt can occur on a weekend. This visit was on a weeknight just before closing, so it wasn't very busy and we were seated straight away and had our orders taken quickly.

I ordered a double burger and was presented with a pitta. When i asked the colleague to exchange it for a burger she rudely asked if i could make do with the pitta. Not the Nando's spirit really?

Being in the food court at the top of west quay shopping centre, this Nando's provides a great alternative to the normal fast food joints you find. Although it's opening hours are limited due to it's location, it is a very nice looking restaurant with great staff. Shame it's not slightly bigger! People are always queing up for tables here which speaks volumes. I have been eating Nando's for years and am so happy to have one in Southampton at last!
