A trip to Southampton to see Arsenal play in the FA Cup 4th round was made more exciting by the chance to finally tick off the elusive Southampton West Quay Nando's whose dodgy opening hours had got the better of me on all 4 previous visits to the South Coast to watch the mighty Gunners.

After a seemingly interminable walk through various car parks, we made it to the food court and were relieved it was only a 10-minute wait before getting a table. The staff were lovely and we ordered in no time.

My chicken was pretty good, but not that spicy and could have been bigger. Peri chips, garlic bread and halloumi were all on point and I have to say it was a relief to tick this one off. Even better was what followed both in terms of Nando's and football.
