Our meal took to much time and it was not brought together they brought our food about 15-20 minutes apart where now some food was cold and not enjoyable anymore the stuff needs to do better I preparing the food and delivering them

Your service was terrible, you guys need to train your staff on customer service and how to treat customers. The racial profiling is even worse, I cannot even believe we were treated by people.

disappointed in service,not friendly customers,the customers are giving you dirty looks and makes you feel uncomfortable.it doesn't look and feel like they have control over the people in their restaurant and they simply have the i don't care attitude towards everyone that enters their restaurant.dont get me wrong i love nandos but this was not it.i hope that their attitude towards their customers change and that they succeed in their business further.

Last week I visited two different nandos branches and had a terrible experience at both. Tuesday I visited Athlone branch, my favorite branch, I eat from here atleast once a week but this day was my worst experience. My rice was extremely hard, I sent it back twice it was eventually replaced with peri tatos when I already finished my meal, it was also hard, only the smaller wedges was cooked properly.
