Very scrumptious and delicious chicken and chips. The seasoning was the best. I recommend this Nando’s

I ate the chicken thigh which was lovely but the best part of my experience was two staff members who were extremely friendly and extremely helpful which were Abdullah and Joao they helped me seat and also provided a nice chat great customer service from these two will definitely be coming back.

I was with my friends and my experience was particularly valuable due to the kindness of Edward and Abdullah, who have been incredibly polite and helpful. Really appreciate them and are faces we hope to see when we dine there again!

My partner’s food was served when mine wasn’t ready. I had to wait half an hour to get my food by which time my partner had completely finished. We had gone out on a date and wanted to eat our food at the same time so this was very upsetting. However, Joao came and apologised when he realised what had happened. He handled it fantastically, with a lot of understanding, and proactively gave us free desserts as a sorry. He even stayed late on his shift to make sure we were okay.

The cleanliness was unacceptable the rubbish was over flowing food on the floor. Staff were just not bothered. First and last time I eat there.

I went in with my wife, they said there is no chicken available and will take 15 minutes, we agreed and waited... after 25 mins they served the chicken, which was all white and not cooked... i asked a one of the staff about it, her name is Juan... she said let me see what i could do, than she came back and said we will prepare you another pieces... we said ok and waited... it took further time and it was ok... but i said to her instead of serving it we would like to take it away...

i have never written a review on a website for a restaurant but i felt i needed to.

very very good experienece at the mile end nando's. we were very welcomed by the management team, especially after we told them that we were a new nando's society at QMUL. We were invited to talk to the patrao on friday and the atmosphere on the staff's behalf was energetic and upbeat. We quality of the food was brilliant with large sized chickens and a good quality pitta with chips that werent too hot but was kept warm. We will definitely be going back again with our society.

A great Nando's for reaching my 100th branch visit.

I've been eating at Nando's a lot recently, perhaps too much being aware of the nauseating proverb about familiarity breeding contempt. Nevertheless, I was in Mile End, one of the most intriguing and excitingly diverse areas of London, and I was hungry at lunch time.

I would like to compliment one specific member of staff who's service was far beyond what was expected - after the waitress made an error in our order this member of staff, Mohinul, came to personally apologise and correct it. After this point he regularly checked up on us to ensure we were enjoying our meal, and made our experience at Nando's all the more better.

My 99th Nando's turned out to be a memorable one which impressed me for various reasons. To start with, the selection of colourful, dangled lights coming down from the ceiling give the restaurant a unique feel to it.
