I had a great experience at Nando’s thanks to the amazing service from the manager, Paddy. There was a slight delay with my food, but he handled the situation with such professionalism and genuine kindness that it really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so warm and attentive. He made sure I felt looked after and turned a small hiccup into a really positive experience. I left feeling really impressed and grateful. Huge thanks to Paddy for his excellent customer service!
