Greenwich - Peninsula

Today we had the best experience at Nandos because of the dedicated staff they have. Cait, Jago and Bedran made us feel like at home and welcomed us in the best way possible even though it was their last order. They didn’t hesitate to serve us and gave us exceptional food and service. We all had chicken wings, garlic bread, fries, corn and chocolate cake.

Just came to order peri chips halloumi and your staff was amazing. A particular thank you to judy I believe her name was, she was one of the hosts at the door and she said she had been there for 9 years. She was very friendly and even was so helpful and kind with my small child. I will definitely be coming back, not only for your amazing fast service but also for your friendly staff.

This particular Nandos' experience was absolutely outstanding for the following reasons:

- Our small party of 3 were seated quickly despite the restaurant being busy.
- Our table was immaculately clean (no sticky glass rings of greasy finger marks).
- Service at the point of ordering to receiving our meal was smiling, courteous, patient and wholly professional.

This store is under the shadow of an Odeon cinema with plenty of parking around and a bus stop immediately outside.
The light and airy store was clean and had a small amount of seating outside, the toilets however were in a bad shape with spillage on the floor and wet floor signs.
Food was quite quick and tasty,

I should have walked but I listened to one of the locals who told me to get any bus from stand B at North Greenwich tube station. Ended up having to walk for twenty minutes from the motorway because the one bus I got on didn't stop outside the Nando's or 'Nan' as the lights say...

I work for NHS and ever since I started going to Nandos I have been getting discount as I always have my NHS with me. I was very disappointed when I attended this branch where I was told that I couldn't get a discount unless if I buy another meal which I find it very wierd. I bought a meal platter to share and a portion of livers.

My first impression of this Nando's was that it is a lot smaller than I expected. It is one of the most recent openings, and right next to a cinema, so I expected a sprawling restaurant able to handle post-film stresses. Perhaps this was all the space Nando's could buy at this location, but it was jam packed at 3.30pm in the afternoon! We got a table after about 10 minutes, and soon went to order.

I went to this branch because it was on the ‘Unrated by a Veteran’ list and coincidently my girlfriend happened to be over near Greenwich for some kind of pointless Uni trip, The closest tube station is North Greenwich, and it’s pretty easy to find, about 10 minutes’ walk away. Just head down from the O2 past the big car parks and then keep following that road until you see a big circular cinema, It’s just next to that in the little restaurant area.
