This was the best Nandos I’ve been to in a very long time. Manager and staff were attentive and quick. I asked for peri tamer sauce and that was given considering how difficult it’s been to get that in the last few years. Honestly one of the best food experiences I’ve had in a minute.

Me and my partner came to the restaurant for dinner, we are from Northern Ireland and have eaten at Nando’s at home however our experience in London is as totally different. We were greeted at sat by a member of the team who was called Blue, he asked if we had visited recently before explaining the COVID protocols, he was extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable! His attitude to his work was commendable and I’d be great full if you could pass on our thanks!

The service was amazing! We was greeted by Emma who was very helpful and informed us very well. As well as James and Luke who made us feel we welcome, great experience & amazing staff & food!

Abdul and Kenneth were great. Fast friendly and welcoming service and checked whether we were ok half way through the meal. Excellent venue clean,good food and great service.

It was a nice way to round off a weekend of birthday celebrations which I had started the Sunday two weeks before. Mine and Jackie's monthly Nando's brought us to the Castle though I've been here twice before being on the website.. The branch is easy enough to find however not knowing which exit your friends are coming out from could be havoc on planning to meet before getting to the branch.

This was a half-planned, half-spontaneous Nando's visit with http://www.rateyournandos.com/users/oliviarosemh and, as such, didn't have my Nando's RYN gift cards to use (that said, I actually need to look for them).

Brixton, Camberwell and now Elephant and Castle? I really do know how to live it up in style. Anyway, I really wanted to see this one, as I'd just read in the Standard that the night before a car had flipped into the subway of the roundabout - so it was like visiting a tourist spot.

I went to this branch for a late lunch, about 3pm. It’s pretty easy to find from Elephant and Castle tube station, easy to see, but hard to get too. It’s on the other side of a huge roundabout which is seemingly impassable, me and my girlfriend nearly went the wrong way before we realised there was a big subway going under the roundabout, once we found that it was easy to get to.

I am yet to have a disappointing experience here... this is a great Nandos.

On my recent visit I had an extra hot chicken burger of outstanding quality and the attractive staff were super-friendly... even offering table service for drink orders.

This establishment is a beacon of light in a very dreary area of London.

My first time to the Elephant and Castle branch and its safe to say I won't be coming back - almost to the point where I would seek a different branch even if I was in the area. The area itself isn't great. The huge roundabout makes getting from the station to the Nando's unnecessarily difficult (I realise this isn't Nando's' fault), and there is nothing to speak of in the immediate area other than Ministry of Sound, which would be arrived at too late to make this Nando's practical.
