It was a nice way to round off a weekend of birthday celebrations which I had started the Sunday two weeks before. Mine and Jackie's monthly Nando's brought us to the Castle though I've been here twice before being on the website.. The branch is easy enough to find however not knowing which exit your friends are coming out from could be havoc on planning to meet before getting to the branch.

Got there about 7.20pm, were greeted straight away and given a table in the window on the right hand side if facing the branch. The sun was shining inside and it's a nice view outside the window where you can also see the outside tables, but I was happy when the sun went down.

I used my red reward to claim a free whole chicken, 3/4 mango and lime and 1/4 hot for Jackie. I also ordered sweet mash, peri chips and 2 portions of halloumi so that the bill came over £7 to get a chilli for the visit. Astonishingly the food arrived in 7minutes, though one halloumi had stayed back to get more tan, though I had forgotten about it. The food was one of the best ever and being the greedy guts I am, I ate everything. The chicken was tender, well sauced, perfectly cooked, no burnt bits and the chicken: haute cuisine. Fantastic!

The staff were nice and friendly, there wasn't any waiting time to order, no queue for toilets however my door got jammed and I couldn't get out without applying force to the door which you could only laugh about afterwards. It's a nice branch, if not a little cramped on the left side of the till and grill area. To the right where we sat the tables were spaced out and there are booths to sit up to six. We had one of a few small tables at the front, there are four seaters and more room by the sauce station. On the left of the branch however the tables are a bit more squashed together. It was a good visit. The food was great but I didn't look at any decorations.
