Me and my partner came to the restaurant for dinner, we are from Northern Ireland and have eaten at Nando’s at home however our experience in London is as totally different. We were greeted at sat by a member of the team who was called Blue, he asked if we had visited recently before explaining the COVID protocols, he was extremely welcoming and made us feel very comfortable! His attitude to his work was commendable and I’d be great full if you could pass on our thanks! Blue couldn’t help us enough, he ensured our order went through online without any issues, he topped up our drinks when he noticed they were running low and asked us if we would like any sauces or condiments. He checked back on us to make sure everything was ok, he had a fun personality and he made our Nando’s experience so enjoyable!
