Amazing Experience at Nando’s Eastleigh!

Nando’s Eastleigh is simply the best! I usually visit the Nando’s in Whiteley once a week, but this time, a little boy’s birthday party brought me to Eastleigh for a quiet meal with my partner. We were blown away!

Incredibly slow service, multiple incorrect orders and overworked, stressed staff causing a hectic atmosphere. Management doing the minimum to support their team, leading to irritation of guests and ridiculous wait times. We were told ‘all chicken comes with flavouring, plain isn’t really a thing’ so my nephew couldn’t eat any chicken from the menu due to dietary restrictions.

The manager was terrible, two of us got our food and the third person was waiting over 30 minutes. We told the manager and she said she would check on the food, she provided no update to it, another 5 minutes went by so we had to go up to the front and ask about it. She then proceeded to say it will be another few minutes but offered no apologies for the wait or anything like such.

undoubtedly my favourite nandos I have been to. never fail to impress with their service, letting you pick which table you sit at. generally quick service and a very good location in the shopping centre, being a short walk from the train station

We were 3 couples with our children, and they helped to find good table enough for all of us. The service, food and the stuff were more than perfect. We really enjoyed our time so much. And sure we will repeat it.

We have been visiting this restaurant since the first week it opened, about 5 years ago. We rarely go anywhere else. Many of the staff we know by name, and the service is always great and the food is the same.

I went to Nandos for a birthday meal and there were about 15 if us there. We were greeted very promptly and there was a perfect table for us. We had a very large order and it all came out piping hot, at the same time and nothing was missed. The staff were very helpful as they provided an extra table for all our food. One if the best Nandos I have been to.

I adore Nando's and have been to many. This was my first visit to the Eastleigh one.
It was a very small restaurant - the smallest I have been to and there wasnt the usual hustle and bustle in the kitchen. Just a few people, so I wasnt expecting the best.....but the best I got !!!!!!!
Perfectly cooked, even down to the slightly toasted pitta that I have never had before.
Really lovely staff too.

The initial plan was to visit the Fareham branch, I even printed a map for my boss to follow but advised to go to Eastleigh as it was on the way back to London so GPSd and went there instead.

This was a very good visit to a small but well organised Nando's. The food was of a very good quality and was served quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

This excellent Nando's is found just over a mile off the M3 or M27 (right by Southampton Airport) in the relatively new Swan Centre. The Swan Centre has hundreds of parking spaces priced at £1.10 per hour during the day, or £2.20 for anything over an hour after 6pm - so pretty cheap parking. There's an AMF bowling alley and a Vue Cinema too, both quite modern, so seems like a good place to come for an evening.

Amazing! Sat evening would expect a wait but was sat straight away even though place looked full. Staff so freindly and they were all talking to me like a regular even though first visit. Toilets clean and had art in. Loved the use of empty nandos bottles in concaves all across the ceiling. Small nandos a bit of a walk up swan centre so off main road, next to cinema. Had Extra hot and it was the HOTTEST i have known compared to other stores.
