This Nando's is located on the new Selly Oak Shopping Park. The likes of Next, M&S Food and Wilko are also open on this new retail park, but the very large Sainsbury's that will anchor it all is far from complete. (December 2018.) Selly Oak train station is 6 or 7 minute walk away.

At the moment, there are no parking restrictions and there are hundreds of parking spaces.

Cooking awful! Wrong order, chicken pink in middle….complained and the waitress slammed down done peri salt telling that will solve it! No replacement and just walked off!

we went to nandos sellyoak to celebrate my nans birthday. we had a great experience staff was polite and the food was excellent and the manager Dani went above and beyond to ensure we had great time. we will defo be coming back as it's my new favourite nandos

We came to Nandos with a party of 15 to celebrate my grandma and sisters birthday. The host was very attentive, friendly and accommodating and the restaurant had a buzzing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the manager Dani went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Thanks again! Ps I think this is my new favourite Nandos!

I was moved by the work of Olivia. From the moment we walked in she was welcoming and friendly. She went above and beyond to meet my partner's requests. A real credit to Nandos, I hope we get her again.

Just to say first and absolute last visit to this Nando’s. Staff have no idea what they doing seating 2 people at tables of 4-6. No ice in dispenser voucher machine not working so had to pay full price never ever would come here again and would highly recommend Nando’s trains all staff especially front of house. Spoilt what should of been a family fun night out

I ordered mine and my son's on the website and had it as a delivery. An hour late the delivery was & no update from the restaurant - the restaurant being busy is not a good enough excuse! I've noticed as the years have gone by the taste of the food has spiralled downhill. I ordered a kids menu and had a side of chips and tomatoes.

Tried to order my children’s meals and make a small swap for another side off the menu as what they usually have wasn’t on the ‘children's’ menu. Wherever else we go they usually swap it without any issue they just do a child’s portion, and without making you feel like your making a fuss. Staff were very awkward and in helpful about my small request, and we ended up walking out as it just seemed like they couldn’t be arsed to make the effort and we’re quite rude.

Lovely food but took ages coming. Seemed like the deliverys took more importance over customers in the resturant. Was not the best nandos experience I have ever had but staff were trying their best.

Good parking outside. The staff were great especially our server Allan he was polite and helpful. We had 2 children’s meals the plain chicken with chips and corn. I had the vegetable beanie wrap which was lovely. They didn’t have halloumi or peas which is what I would normally go for when I come to Nando’s. My partner had a double chicken wrap which he loved and has that every time he does come.

Went in for lunch not unusual for a Sunday.
While we were waiting for our food a fight broke out. To my horror a young woman was grab around the throat & attacked by both a man & a young girl.
The staff rather than call the police & help the woman been attacked through her out of the restaurant & left her vunable in the carpark. Absolutely disgusted with Nandos & will never be returning.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member and she got us seated, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. She explained how to order and promptly brought over our cutlery.
However, her team let her down because the first thing I noticed was several staff members all standing around chatting loudly and swearing within their conversations.

Absolutely ridiculous ordered, paid and never received our food. Rang Nando’s to be told well Deliveroo collected it so tough!

Due to the long wait we had to move our car between carparks which is extremely disappointing. The wrap was half full and sloppily made. Had the new vegan chicken it was tasty but took an extremely long amount of time.
