Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
Tried to order my children’s meals and make a small swap for another side off the menu as what they usually have wasn’t on the ‘children's’ menu. Wherever else we go they usually swap it without any issue they just do a child’s portion, and without making you feel like your making a fuss. Staff were very awkward and in helpful about my small request, and we ended up walking out as it just seemed like they couldn’t be arsed to make the effort and we’re quite rude.
Disappointing as we were all hungry and had to drive 30 mins to a branch where we know that this kind of request is never a problem.
Shouldn’t have been too surprised though as when I was ordering there seemed to be the majority of staff hanging around in the kitchen chatting, and staff juice bottles/cups even a can of monster making a collection on the side! Not very professional!
