Worst nandos ever . Food was sitting on side for ages until someone served . Ladies ignoring everyone not cleaning tables or chairs either . Not the first time this has happened , this nandos has the worse customer service and also are very lazy . Every other nandos has alwaus been amazing . So dissappointed and annoyed

So I had a burger and 2 sides, the chips was the best thing about the meal, the garlic bread was average, just tasted like buttered toast.

Im sorry to say that the service was poor. First the waitress rudely pointed out what table number we were as there wasn’t one on our table.
Table was soaked with water and we asked for some tissue to dry it. Felt like we were bothering them and we felt uncomfortable to ask.
The. Our food came out in 3 stages. Which meant we couldn’t even eat together since the food we received wasn’t even warm. But after the way we were treated we didn’t even complain.

me and a colleague came to celebrate New Years and the waiters Adam and Rhys were so polite ! Food was average and the chocolate cake with cream tasted immaculate.

Rude and Unhelpful staff called Chris and Hollie should never work anywhere with people if cannot complete a simple change of food order without humiliating the customer and getting them so upset they empty their pockets onto the counter as they feel so attacked!!!!!

DISGRACE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT AND HORRENDOUS STAFF!!!

Worse nandos ever. To start with this place was pretty much empty. We waited 35 minutes for food because once I asked where it was they told us they was waiting for the wings, in that time they had left my pitta under lights for around 10 minutes so by the time it got to me it was cold. I told them to then be meeted by a very rude member of staff that told me that I was lying.

Lovely young lady called Yumna, very nice very polite. Said "thank you for waiting" which was nice, greeted us with a smile, got us cutlery, very friendly and a lovely experience. Will return because of this staff.

This Nando's is located right on the edge of Victoria Square where the Halifax used to be. This means it's only a couple minutes walk from New Street Station. Being a city centre, parking can be expensive. The further out you can park, the cheaper it is - and those that are well-signposted are the most expensive. For example, parking at The Mailbox is £2.50/1hr, £5/2hrs, £6.50/3hrs and up from there. Edgbaston Street is £1.50/1hr, £4/2hrs, £6/3hrs and up. New Street is £2.50/hr.
