Edinburgh - Lothian Road

Donna at Lothian Road went above and beyond to help me and my 4 year old son. She was so friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service from her. We’ll definitely be back.

I had a Grilled chicken wrap, broccoli and chips and my husband had half chicken and peri chips, all came out fresh and hot apart from the chips which were a little cold!
Staff were lovely, Leigh and the other server were very helpful and made sure to check in on us. Will be returning!!

Arrived to a very friendly staff member called Donna who perfectly explained the ordering process and covid rules. Checked our food was all good during the meal and overall service was excellent and with a smile.

I ordered a starter and a main as part of a group of 4. We were told we HAD to order via the app. I needed a paper receipt and was told I could not have one as I had ordered via the app! My food was a humous starter and a butterfly chicken main. My meal did not arrive with my friends meals, I had to ask for my food as my friends finished theirs. When it arrived the starter and main were served together! Staff were rude. Worst experience in a Nando’s so far! Disappointed!

I hadn’t visited Nando’s for years and was super excited by the huge new vegetarian choice at Nando’s! The staff were absolutely fantastic however unfortunately our food wasn’t hot and several aspects of it were quite cold so we were disappointed.

I had the chicken wrap mango and lime spice with sides of creamy mash and spicy rice they was so nice

It was as good and friendly as it normally is, my partner and I have special dietary requirements and as usual the staff made us great meals to suit us.

I did want to say thank you to the staff, they put a candle on our table and gave us both roses. We're both transgender, and often find it difficult to feel accepted on public spaces both individually and as a couple. It made us feel very welcome and as special as every other couple there tonight.

Great restaurant for everyone, especially for families with children.

This Nando's was fantastic! After a disappointing discovery that Omni Centre Nando's closed at 10pm and had run out of all standard chicken orders by 9.45pm anyway, my girlfriend and I jumped in a cab to discover a different Edinburgh Nando's and ended up on Lothian Road, away from the hustle and bustle of the Fringe.

This is quite a big restaurant with plenty of natural light, different seating and a spacious till area in the middle.

On a trip up to Edinburgh we thought we would call into the Lothian Road branch of Nandos for our first ever visit. It was packed on what was a freezing cold sunday evening. The restaurant itself was very well decorated and looked really nice very pleasant. Got a table extremely fast and before we knew we were ordering. The staff were extremly nice, couldnt do enough, and minutes after returning to our table the food arrived. Brilliant.

Was disappointed - chicken had a strange taste and the halloumu cheese was almost charcoal. Not impressed.

No door staff, chicken lacking flavour and chips looked like they were swimming in fat with a few crumbs of peri-peri salt on them
