Coventry - Showcase

I had a lovely experience at Nando’s and would like to give special recognition to Piemilla for her excellent customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made us feel valued as customers.

It’s always wonderful to be served by someone who clearly enjoys helping people. Thank you, Piemilla, for making our visit so enjoyable. You are a real asset to the Nando’s team!

First-time Nando's customer. We went to enjoy a film and then have lunch. We were greeted by Meesha (apologies if I spelled her name incorrectedly) who explained how everything works, how to order, pointed out our table number, and walked us to our table. We had a LifeStyle gift voucher so I went to the bar to order our meals.

Ate fino pitta with peri chips and 5 wings, manager premilla was extremely friendly and hospitable, even offering a discount and free drinks as a result of financial limitations.

Was served by Anita! We had a lovely experience from start to finish! The food was very fresh and hot! Really enjoyed our time in this store

Just like to say the staff were all hospitable and helpful. However one member of staff who went above and beyond was a lady called Anita my daughter who has special needs went for the first time she showed great deal on care and attention she is a credit to showcase Nando's.

We visited the Showcase Nando’s in Coventry, being guests at a nearby hotel. We had fairly standard Nando’s fare, which we always enjoy. The food, as ever was, as nice as we expected. Thank you.

Accidentally ordered for click and collect for the wrong store and on arrival at nandos showcase, they instantly showed helpfulness buy cancelling the order for me and reordering at the store I came to collect! Absolutely amazing service, so helpful. Happy to go above and beyond with no problems.

Chicken was awful, no meat just bones. When we complained was told that's the way it comes! Unbelievable. Won't be going back for sure.

Very hit and miss at this particular Nando's. Sometimes it's undoubtedly the best Nando's in the UK, but sometimes you feel let down and wish you'd succumbed to the pressures of having mum's 6/10 pie and chips. This Nando's was burnt and flavourless, not what I wanted after a long days graft, I feel let down but hopefully all can be amended on my next visit.

I ate a chicken burger medium. Extra mayonnaise and no tomato with spicy rice & mash. I visit this nandos very often and was disappointed as the burger never had extra mayoanise in burger or perinase. I wasn't happy with this at all, this was a take away order. Very busy on Sunday. I did get an apology. Overall a nice nandos. Would recommended although had one bad service.

Fantastic best place to eat. We go every week any chance we have we go I went for my birthday a couple of weeks ago

We bravely strode forward to the 'Beat the Burn to Beat Dad' family competition. Fortified with a large glass of white mum stepped up to the plate and added a medium spice to her lemon and herb chicken fillet pitta. What a wuss..out at the first hurdle. Daughter next, she matched him for medium, got through the hot but grabbed the free refill coke at the extra hot and waved the white (well, small medium spice) flag. It was down to the 8 year old.

Great Nando's experience. Staff were lovely and friendly. I was well greeted at the door and was not kept waiting. I was served by a chap called Tom who was very pleasant.
I always have a great experience at Nando's and would definitely recommend it to friends.
The food is well seasoned and well priced.
The Coventry Showacase was quite clean in comparison to some of the other restaurants that I have been to.

Great Nandos for before/after the cinema. FREE parking. Great access by car although not by public transport.
