Visited this restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday. I felt it was cold and asked the store manager Anita if we can change our tables and without any hesitation she moved us to another table. She is very friendly and chatty with our girls.

I wanted to call out s specific team member based at Showcase Coventry. I think his name is Aaron, young lad wears a cap backwards. He is an asset to you, always welcoming, friendly and remembers you. A lot of people could learn from him.

Kate was very friendly, we were returning from a trip and took a quick break for dinner. The place is well located just off M6 and M69. We requested for a table (young children) change which was promptly done. Food was served hot and Kate checked twice if everything was fine. It is now our favourite stop when ever we travel on this route

I had a hot chicken wrap, with garlic bread and chips and also some halloumi. The girl with blue hair I think her name was andrea she is as very lovely and quick at the tills and we nearly forgot to buy drinks if she hadn’t reminded us. She also recommended us to get a Nando’s card which I’m very excited to start using. Great service !

Really disappointed with my food my son & myself ordered a takeaway. I ordered a very hot butterfly burger in which came with very little spice if any.edges was tough & dry .will not be using this nandos again.

Great service. Lady in the tills was super. Was unsure what to order but she was very helpful and guided us to some very nice food. Double chicken wrap.

Nando's 201 was the highlight of a day when the subsequent visit to the Hawthorns did not go to plan as Arsenal lost. At least I can look back on a successful Nando's visit which was most enjoyable.

Stopped off at this Nando's on the way back to London from Anfield, having watched a dismal 0-0 Cup performance vs Blackburn. This is an outrageously well located branch, it's basically equivalent to a motorway service station - just a minute's drive off the M6 at Junction 2. It's in a leisure complex, which includes bowling and a cinema, and there's a giant Tesco too.

The toilets in this nandos are always particularly bad!

On the outskirts of Coventry with excellent access from the motorways, next to a cinema and close to tesco's supermarket. Free parking outside in abundance, very reminiscent of other showcase Nando's with its colourful exterior.
Very clean inside and very well decorated and appointed with plenty of decoration. Toilets were clean and very spacious on a curve.
Staff were very keen and friendly.
Food was well cooked.

Arrived here around 5pm today (Sunday) to use one of my completed loyalty cards in my 65th Nando's! Ahh - a nice free whole chicken. Lovely! :-)

Amazing service. Quick and never a problem. Cinema right next to the branch which is always handy. Parking always empty and just outside.
