We ate at Nando’s Coventry - Show are today. From the start the staff were lovely. We were greeted by Fremila and although it was super busy being a bank holiday she seated us quickly. Jack served us our food, unfortunately part of the order was wrong and he was super helpful, attentive and polite in getting it changed quickly. Jack also was really friendly to our little one talking to her and engaging with us. Fremila also took her time to apologise for the order error. I think both of these team members went above and beyond they were continually checking in on other tables, engaging, saying good byes and super helpful even though it was so busy. Big big thankyou to them both, we rarely eat out with a new born and toddler but today made it really reassuring and we will definitely go back again.
