We ordered 1 wings platter and 1 boneless whole chicken with thighs , the boneless chicken portion was smaller than excepted , but the manager dealt with my concern in a very professional way , thank you .

We had a late lunch at Nando’s (Bishop Centre, Bath Road – Maidenhead) and had a fantastic experience. Chris, who served us, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
My children especially loved how thoughtful he was, it made their experience feel extra special, and we left not only full, but genuinely happy.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at Nando’s today. My daughter, who has a serious nut allergy, placed her order separately—as we always do—to ensure her food is handled with the appropriate care. However, when the food was delivered to our table, her meal was mistakenly given to another child in our group.

We have entered the place at 7:25 pm and we were asked to comeback at 8pm for accommodate 9 people to celebrate my wife's birthday. In the end we allowed in at 8:35 but the manager of the Nandos at the time argued it was 1hr waiting time. I also noticed number of customer who came to Nandos offered seats before us. I believe there were potential to accommodate us but no efforts were made by the team.

I am so distraught … my partner picked up chicken liver, quarter chicken with sides to break my fast with I decided to keep the chicken liver till later on before I went bed so am not hungry in the day…. It’s full of blood…. Anyone aware of eating chicken that isn’t properly cooked it can be severely dangerous. Please check your food before eating this can be life threatening. I will not be going back to nandoes Taplow I am traumatised

All was amazing as always as I requested for my livers to be re-cooked and Megan was extremely above and beyond helpful as she offered for a new fresh batch. That was not what I was expecting as I requested for the batch I received to be put on the grill again. I received them back and were amazing . Thank you Megan ur a real superstar.

We recently visited and had the most wonderful experience, thanks to Mini at the till. From the moment we walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. I was a bit indecisive about what to order, but Mini went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect dish.

This Nando's is just a few minutes walk from Taplow train station. The Bishop Centre retail park also offers 3 hours free parking (max stay).

Visited here on a Friday evening. Given there is not around Taplow and the Elizabeth lines makes it easy for folk to come here - this was very busy indeed with "up to a 25 minute" wait for tables (which turned out to be just under 20) and a further 20 minute wait for the food. Staff were managing well, but it was rather busy.

We had the full chicken plus the extra large wings platter. We ended with the chocolate buds for dessert which was absolutely divine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent.
