We have entered the place at 7:25 pm and we were asked to comeback at 8pm for accommodate 9 people to celebrate my wife's birthday. In the end we allowed in at 8:35 but the manager of the Nandos at the time argued it was 1hr waiting time. I also noticed number of customer who came to Nandos offered seats before us. I believe there were potential to accommodate us but no efforts were made by the team. Customer service staff at the till were not customer friendly and they are on their own world instead of work with customers to help them with the correct choice.
