As of 3rd May 2017: a Cineworld, Asda, Frankie and Benny's and other restaurants all due to open over the coming weeks and months. South Ruislip rail and underground station (Central Line) are a couple minutes walk away just round the corner.
Parking: 
As of 3rd May 2017: you need to use the (free) Aldi/B&M car park next door. We can only assume it will be free of charge for up to 3 hours when it opens... but we'll have to wait and see.

I had the best service of my life with Nicola (she works at Ruislip Nandos). Never have I had this exceptional service. From the moment we went to Nando’s, we had a 40 minute wait, but she was so so helpful. Also had table issues since it was busy but she made sure to fit us on a table that had enough space. Even came back to tell us that table was there. She went above and beyond for us.

Diana took my order and was very welcoming. She had a smile on her face and was very attentive.

While I was sitting down, Ellen brought the food very quickly and I was happy with her service. She also had a smile on her face and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would definitely come again because Ellen and Diana turned my simple meal into a dining experience

All the employees are very welcoming and I’m on a first name basis with most if not all, I really love it here and always recommend it, we are spoiled with the staff here in South Ruislip

Andi was managing the queue and seating diners. It was very busy and some people were giving him a hard time. I thought he did a great job under pressure and was very professional.
Yasmin served us at the till.
She was excellent too, smiling and very polite whilst taking our order.
In fact all the staff were excellent. The food arrived quickly and was delicious.
Probably one of my best Nandos’s experience.

My first Nandos since September 2020 and it was amazing. There was a bit of confusion initially when entering the branch regarding the track and trace and scanning the QR code to join the queue but the front of house was very patient and waited for me before giving me a seat. I had just finished watching Raya and the Last Dragon at the Cineworld across the walkway and had a 2 hour wait for the Tom and Jerry movie at 3pm.

Everything was acceptional from the service to the food,didn't catch there names but the young bearded British boy and girl with glasses were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed,would always reccomend this branch, full of life and joy as you see some waiters dancing around to the music, creates a lovely atmosphere full of smiles.

Waitress told me to rate the South Ruislip Nando’s a 5 star as there trying to improve the ratings online to increase the customers. No idea where the new customers will seat as we mainly wait for a table 20+, the food is quick but partly burnt, the service is always rushed. The branch is ok, the food just taste as a standard Nando’s.

A lovely new Nando's on a new leisure park which used to be a farm. The Nando's immediately stands out from the rest of the buildings with its striking black gloss exterior, and the inside is equally nice.

The manager who served us was very helpful and gave us some interesting insight into the restaurant. Food then arrived with perfect timing, with the starter arriving a few minutes after we sat down, and the mains arriving together just as we were finishing up the starter - wow!

Quick drive down to this relatively new Nando's on a Saturday evening. There was plenty of parking space in this complex that also has a huge Cineworld and other restaurants. It's close to the local Asda also if anyone wanted to do their shopping then head over for dinner.

The restaurant was nearly full. Gemma and myself were able to get a 6 seater booth for the two of us near the front of the branch. It's on a bend so looking out the window gives quite a large view.

Last Wednesday 12th April 2017 I attended the launch night of the first restaurant to open in the redeveloped Old Dairy Citygrove development in West London. Whilst of course it is certainly not the first Nando’s, it was a significant one in a milestone year for the brand.
