Noah (staff member) fantastic service after we had cold food delivered he got it sorted and was very attentive.

Tyler and Christina along with ayanda were excellent was so quick with service

My waiter, named Miko, was the most friendly and attentive water I have come across in a long long time. He brought our food over with a friendly face and didn’t hesitate to ask if we needed anything else. Would definitely return after this fantastic visit.

Disappointed to say the least. Celebrating our twins birthday’s who were so excited to eat at Nandos but the whole experience left us feeling deflated. No customer service whatsoever when initially arriving, met with a table with a scan code and a box of tissues. No verbal communication at all.

I have a very bad social anxiety disorder that makes me feel very anxious when going to social settings, such as restaurants. I haven’t been out to eat in almost a year because of this. The setup that you have for COVID is brilliant, especially because it kept me away from other people! Your staff were friendly and brought the food straight to our table, and made me feel incredibly relaxed. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, and the staff were very quick to grab condiments for us!

Speed of service was brilliant the food tasted good but didn’t look it. After finishing my meal I went up to order a dessert and realised that the front grill was absolutely filthy, definitely shouldn’t be cooking on it as needed a good clean, I work in nandos in east anglia so I understand the cleanliness standards and it did not comply.

I love this Nandos! The staff are always friendly and quite often recognize me and my friend. We get the cheeky 'oh it's you again' smile a lot. Service is always fast and food is always of good quality. The only downside is the portion size of the chicken. For the price you pay I feel it should be bigger. I always get Chicken Pita and am always disappointed by the size. Luckily, the value of your frozen yoghurt makes up for it. It's my favourite part!

The staff were fantastic when seating all of my friends for my annual birthday meal at Nando's we had a couple of round tables next to each other so we were all still able to interact :P

Amaaazing (as always), great tasting, fresh, good value-what more could you want from a meal!
Convienient location-near shops, bars, cinema etc
Always clean, friendly welcome-nothing too much trouble-always busy too (always a good sign in a restaurant!)

Very rude patronising staff. Unbelievable poor service. This store has gone down hill so much.
Duty manager (told me she was duty manager not a pateo) worst.

Very friendly staff as always, seated immediately. Food well prepared. Only draw back is long walk to toilets which are upstairs and a little cramped. Especially like the seating area outside which is great to use whilst waiting for your mates.

I had a wonderful time at this branch, I've been there and to the Southampton branch a few times. The food is always fast and at a good standard. The only thing that left me a little annoyed was the fact that there were no sauces or vinegar, everything was pretty much being used by others. So more access to the sauces would have been better. We eventually were able able to get our hands on the Garlic sauce but that's all.

Popped into Portsmouth on the way back from a week on the Isle of Wight... no way to get to Nando's unless you take a ferry back to the mainland - the torture! So, needless to say, anything with peri-peri slapped on it would have tasted delicious - but luckily it was chicken :-)
