Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Disappointed to say the least. Celebrating our twins birthday’s who were so excited to eat at Nandos but the whole experience left us feeling deflated. No customer service whatsoever when initially arriving, met with a table with a scan code and a box of tissues. No verbal communication at all. Upon being messaged a table was available returned to restaurant and placed in a booth, surround by wooden boards, dust everywhere around us on the shelves whilst those sat at tables had the nothing of the sort. Booth felt tiny and compact and we were once again left dealing with an app to order. We appreciate Covid restrictions but we’re somewhat perplexed that the boards, lack of customer service all seemed essential yet when it came to collecting sauces and drinks this was a free for all with customers roaming everywhere! No Nandos “spirit” whatsoever, seating area (booth) was dirty, claustrophobic (with wood chip boards above our heads cocooning us in), minimal customer service and no Nando’s Spirit whatsoever! Disappointed and not the birthday celebration meal we had hoped for our twins and family members.
