Very attentive staff, food came out ASAP, polite staff everyone smiling, great portion size, cooked perfectly, clean restaurant and well looked after.

Visited on 4 July and I found front of house in a disgusting and filthy state. Food service extremely slow even though restaurant was half empty. Management attitude left much to be desired. The timings on till receipt and pdq machine differ.

I took my little girl to Nando’s for a treat, and we had such a lovely experience.

It was very easy to park close to the restaurant, which made everything stress-free from the start. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a really friendly colleague who delivered excellent customer service straight away.

Parking right outside door. Always a friendly cheerful welcome. Peasant comfortable surroundings. Manager Paolo has a wonderful and attentive team. Great food as always. Nandos never disappoint!

Similar to say Coventry Arena, this Nando's has a unit within a Tesco Extra but has its own entrances (so unlike Brent you will not have people sat with their trolley...).

It's in Brunton Lane Tesco Extra, in Kingston Park. It means it's just a few minutes walk from Kingston Park Metro stop. Tesco offers three hours free parking too. Kingston Park stadium is about 15 minutes walk away.

Terrible service waited ove 45 minutes. When food eventually came burltterfly chicken was like cardboard. No one asking If the meal was ok . When I finally caught the attention of staff to let them know , she said she would spk to the manager who was nowhere to be seen . We left without any further communication. No thanks bye or anything regarding tha bad meal. Would not be returning
