I took my little girl to Nando’s for a treat, and we had such a lovely experience.
It was very easy to park close to the restaurant, which made everything stress-free from the start. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a really friendly colleague who delivered excellent customer service straight away.
I believe her name was Isobel, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and very personable. She went above and beyond to engage with my daughter, getting her a kids’ menu and asking about her day at school, which made my little girl feel so comfortable and included. Her child-friendly approach really stood out.
When we ordered, my daughter wasn’t sure whether she wanted her chicken plain. Isobel proactively suggested the BBQ flavour, and it was a perfect recommendation — my daughter loved it!
Isobel created such a positive customer experience for both of us. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a real difference to our visit.
Because of her outstanding service, my daughter is already asking to come back again next week!
