Manchester - Trafford Centre

For it being the busiest nandos in the uk, the service was still top tier!!

i would like to say a thank you to keesha for helping out when needed and making my experience very good with nando’s trafford centre

Keesha was very helpful and welcoming, she served us nicely and made sure nothing was missing

Had the medium double chicken wrap with rice and mash — elite combo, I fear nothing except running out of Nando’s mash.Shoutout to Logan, the legend, who served with the speed of light and the charm of a Nando’s sauce bottle. Cleanliness? You could eat off the floor (but I didn’t, because I’m not unhinged). Parking was easier than deciding my spice level (Medium, because I fear no man… except Hot).

Wasn’t waiting as long as we thought we would for seating. As my friend and I ordered the food came a lot faster we expected. Staff were very nice especially Logan who made our experience a nice one and happily helped with whatever we needed. Lovely young man

Had the new All in one Platter ... Now we are talking ! Absolutely loved it.
I was told about the wait when I joined the queue of 5+ on Saturday Night 7.30 pm.

went there with my family staff was extremely rude specially the tiny skinny guy at the front who was providing tables was racist and wasn’t interested we told him we don’t want a table outside he told us you have to again join the queue and we waited again 20 minutes waiting for there response none of the staff was helpful everybody was saying we don’t work here we work in kitchen we work at till we can’t help.

James was our waiter, what a lovely lad. Even though it was busy, he worked really hard! Would definitely recommend Trafford centre Nando’s!

Amazing customer service from a lady called Sal , would literally make sure all our food is hot and served correctly - 5 Star , highly recommended

Dirty sticky utensils and fizzy drink machine the drinks where flat. Food came cold and staff where walking around clueless. Definitely needs a good clean the place even the table was sticky.

Ordered a double chicken wrap, chips and garlic bread. All of the staff were amazing especially Finley who was so funny and friendly, he kept checking if we needed anything, offered us drinks before we had to ask them when he seen the drinks were empty (due to Covid we couldn’t get the drinks ourself) top bloke really polite

As always the food was really nice. Isabel and Sam were so friendly, kind and helpful.
They both were approachable and asked multiple times if we need anything. I am totally satisfied with the customer service. Specially with Isabell and Sam.

burnt wings, cold chips, not a waiter to be seen to get refills. Disappointed.

Restaurant was filthy, watched a worker getting the chicken out of dirty drawers and putting it on the grill, he put too much on and took it back in the drawer after heating it for a few seconds, chicken looked old and was falling apart, the floor of the cooking area was dirty, we left quickly and went elsewhere.put time food arrived only because it's compulsory

Im shocked at the immaturity of the staff at Nandos.
My baby was in the high chair at the end of the table eating her food. I had got up to get a drink and two of the waiters ran past firing each other with the detergent.
They just missed my baby but got the empty pushchair. Im livid. I informed the manager who just apologised.
Ive never had such bad service in my life.
Absolutely appalled.

I came with my family to Nando's at foot court at Trafford Centre and we have been served with a very friendly staff called Scott.
He was very keen to help and to make sure we are ok and enjoying our food.

Came and visited your Trafford centre store today, JB was absolutely amazing! As the sauce we wanted wasn't on the stand he found it for us and brought it over to our table, he also brought knives over to us and went out of his way to make sure we were happy, he was so friendly and absolutely made our night! We came out laughing and in such a good mood because of him! There definitely needs to be more staff like JB are nandos! He was such an amazing person!

Received 6 pieces of Haloumi cheese when I only ordered 2! Haloumi cheese is my favourite so it made my day. Once again a brilliant Nandos, I can't get enough of the place

I had a Peri wrap medium which I have regularly and found it too sweet and quite disappointing

Mid afternoon on a saturday saw my arrival at the Trafford Centre, a impressive shopping centre complete with cinema on the outskirts of Manchester with many statues, glazed roofs and impressive decorations. Unfortunetly the Nandos does not live up to the glory of the centre.

There is free parking which fills up fast so you may have to look hard for parking at weekends and when busy.

I love it here, but I'm just biased cos I basically love nandos and eat it 2-3 times a week.

My friend wanted to visit Manchester for the day so naturally I took advantage of that and planned which Nando’s to visit, I’d been outside this branch before but never eaten in it, It’s in the awesome Trafford Centre which is a really cool shopping centre with loads of shops and a cinema, a mini golf-course, a crèche and play area for children, a Laser Quest, Aerial Extreme, LEGOLAND Discovery centre and lots more to do.

As the trafford centre branch is my hot spot for my nandos fix i am defiantly their number 1 customer. The staff are always happy to help and have impeccable manners and the standard of cleanliness is outstanding. Considering it is in a busy shopping centre it normally always has a sue outside, but the staff always seem to do their best to keep everyone happy and have always apologised for their wait.

Every time we visit we are treated like royalty. They call us the booth family because we always ask for a booth. We know some of the nandocas by first name now and never eat anywhere else. As our daughters always say " If it's not Nandos it's not chicken".

Trafford centre nandos is by far my favourite store. The staff are lovely, very friendly and me and my friends are often recognised. The food is mostly always good. It is an extremely busy store so on the occasions when the food or speed isn't quite up to scratch it is totally understandable why, with staff always willing to rectify the problem. Today however, I decided to get a take away from the store.

In the shopping centre food court..plenty of buses to the centre. plenty of free parking available.
