Manchester - Trafford Centre - Anonymous Review

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to given the experience. I can’t find the correct location above but I arrived at the snow centre Nando’s location at 4:15 with my three children (7,4,1) to eat with them. Anyone with children knows that taking such young children out can always be a challenge, especially alone as my husband was preoccupied with the United match. We were seated immediately, ordered via the app and the food came quickly. During the ordering process, the app said the ice cream machine was out of order, much to my children’s dismay. I thought I would ask just in case and we were all relieved to learn it was in fact working. A member of staff (I learned later was the manager named Andy) offered to bring the ice creams over for us. He later offered to refill my drink and checked on us numerous times during our meal because he acknowledged having three children to care for, and be able to move freely away from the table could be difficult.

It was a lovely meal in the end. The customer service was outstanding and it’s clear that Andy runs a tight ship, and is the most helpful and pleasant member of any team I’ve ever met.
