Not a fan of Nandos, over priced and under portions. Always got to pay extra for add on which are standards in any other restaurant...chicken now size of quail breast. Bowl of lettuce and some coutons hardy a salad.. won't be eating at a nandos again.

Came in with a few friends and wasn't greeted or seated until i asked a staff member where to go, they rolled their eyes at me and took my friends and I to a seat near the window. I have never been to Nandos before and i didn't know how to order so again i tried to ask a staff member for help and was completely blanked. I finally worked it out for myself and the food took over 30 minutes to come to us.

We were served today by Megan. She was very friendly, helpful and polite! She informed us of all that was missing from the menu today and suggested alternatives to help with our decision.

Staff so friendly and made my visit so much easier and better, I think malcom and Sara was their names. Food taste good as always. Definitely my favourite restaurant.

The wait time just for a table can be stupid something’s let alone the wait for the food to turn up. Waited over 35 minutes last weekend just for 1 meal with no apologie for the delay

We went for collection. Our order was ready for us and Natalie the worker at the lakeside boulevard provided exceptional service. She must be an amazing host for eat in customers!

I was surprised that I even went back to lakeside nandos today.. My last visit there I was extremely disappointed to have taken a seat with my four children and then be told there was no chicken on bone, no wedges, no burgers, no wings... Basically anything on the menu I wanted to order had all finished - the time was about 9.30pm and with four hungry kids I was far too tierd to complain on how unacceptable this was...i walked out promising not to ever go back to a nandos again..

Nando's 200 took place just a few hours after Nando's 199 and involved a short walk in the rain from the shopping centre to the restaurants that line the bank of the lake such as Prezzo, GBK and Wagamama, not that there's much reason to visit any of them!

This store by the Lake at lakeside has got free parking a short walk away which on the day we visited was at full capacity, made worse for us in that we were in 2 minibuses so needed a street level space. The store, as said, is on a broadwalk by the lake and had a large outside seating area with canopys above and something which infuriates me electric heaters in the canopys.

The Lakeside shopping centre is pretty impressive in itself and with Nando's having a prime patch to be able to sit outside, if it's a nice summer's evening, then there's nothing better than chicken and chips and a Sagres!

1st time visit so nothing to compare to. Extra Hot was the right choice despite the reservations of others. Would get the half chicken next time based on my stomach size! Want to try more sides as well. A relative is how I heard about it!

Set on the stunning Alexandra Lake, this Nandos is definitley one for the summer. The staff were certainly not Nandos legends, and the foot was noticeably average, but what is special about this Nandos is the seating area situated just outside the restaurant. On the days when the sun is shining, you just appreciate being outside eating Nandos with a nice cold drink watching the founatin of the lake (topped off nicely with a trip to the Cinema or to the shopping centre).
