


Came in with a few friends and wasn't greeted or seated until i asked a staff member where to go, they rolled their eyes at me and took my friends and I to a seat near the window. I have never been to Nandos before and i didn't know how to order so again i tried to ask a staff member for help and was completely blanked. I finally worked it out for myself and the food took over 30 minutes to come to us. When it arrived there was a hair and we had been given the wrong dishes, when I alerted a staff member, they took the dishes away (after I tried to get their attention a couple of times). The restaurant was reasonably empty with only a few tables with other groups on them. I was honestly utterly appalled by the lack of service, I understand that the drinks and sauces need to be collected by myself (which was perfectly fine), but I feel that some level of customer service is to be expected. Overall I was sat inside for around 2 hours, with half of that time being waiting to get our food. The experience in this Nandos is nothing short of disgraceful, as a large restaurant chain that should be thriving on reviews to make others want to eat in the restaurants, it's clear that your employees in the boardwalk Nandos do not care for your reputation.
