It’s over 3 miles SE of Ipswich and the nearest train station is Derby Road - a 2 mile walk away, so is probably one to reach by car. It’s only a retail park, so no leisure activities - and has large chain/supermarkets such as John Lewis, B&Q, Sports Direct etc.
Parking: 
This relatively new Nando’s is on the Euro Retail Park, which is strictly enforced by ANPR cameras offering 3 hours free parking in a 24-hour period.

Went to place an order to be told they were out of whole, half and quarter chickens. I asked if the other Ipswich Nando’s had any, only to be told they are separate restaurants so if I wanted to know I had to phone them myself. I asked if they could check. Again to be told no, they were out of chicken at that branch, if I wanted it elsewhere then they’re not interested in helping and I’d have to sort out myself.

Ordered the chicken livers with a medium spice, it says flavoursome but with a bit of a bite, this was so spicy hot I couldn’t eat it, sent it back but the manager was not happy about doing anything about it, had to leave the livers and just ate the veg. will not be going back.

First time visit to a Nandos. Wait3d almost half hour for food, Chicken was very succulent and tender, but 2 of our 3 orders were wrong, surprised at the portion sizes, looked lost on the plates we were served. Desserts were overpriced and again served on plates far too big, and 2 of the 3 were also wrong.

Bit disappointed as after all the hype I've heard was expecting better

Waited a long time for our food only to find it was sitting under the hot light for some time. Had to ask a member of staff for our starters as main had come but one starter missing still. Staff didn’t really know what they were doing. One man stood out to us who was running around clearing tables giving people there food and generally asking if everything was ok for us. He was really running the place on his own.

I ordered a fino pitta bit my halloumi was missing. I would have been happy if they just brought me a side but they took the order and re made the pitta. Forgetting my sides which I had to prompt the staff each time as they forgot the corn when they brought the salad over.
Lost appetite in this time.
Can't fault Alani for her amazing service and help with this matter. The problem lay with the cooking staff. Also would like to thank Danyal for his service at order point.

Stopped into this Nando’s on a crisp autumn late afternoon... looking forward to some nice chicken to warm up!
